Room was good, wifi in room pretty good for free, buffet breakfast had a good choice.

All went well, had to check out in the early hours and staff at the time unable to provide an invoice, said it would be emailed, suspect the lady wrote email address down wrong, requested I supply email address via booking.com message, replied to the reservations email, I have had to chase this up again 10 days later, as of now not yet received, annoying as it is required for expense report

The rooms were very clean, warm and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff were largely friendly and accommodating. The selection at breakfast was decent, with lots of pastries and fruit to choose from. There were plenty of clean towels, and there was a warm blanket in the wardrobe. The location was ideal for our needs; we are a family of walkers, and the town centre was a 15/20 minute walk away.

The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. The toiletries were a bit basic for a 4-star hotel; there was no conditioner and the shampoo was a combo shampoo and shower gel. The rooms were not sound-proofed to the point that you could hear guests in other rooms using their bathroom facilities. At breakfast, you had to ask for coffee or tea rather than it being freely available.

Breakfast was good and included with the price! Eggs were better some days and better selection of fruit on some mornings compared to others. Very clean hotel though and the rooms are really spacious! The shower was lovely with good water pressure and always hot water. Perfect for location as it’s close to the centre by foot.

It’s quite noisy at times. You can hear other guests in their bedrooms, I could hear someone in the shower and then using the bathroom so it wouldn’t feel very private if you went there for a romantic getaway !

I was wet ant tired from my hiking in the heat, when arriving before check-in time., but the friendly staff gave me the room earlier. The dining at the restaurant was good and the breakfast had a good selection.

It’s a bit out of the town, not many restaurants nearby.

Room was ok, bed was confortable, it was clean.

It was hot in the room. you can see that they did not invest in the hotel for some time so it is a bit old. But still comfortable.

the property was good for the money free parking and good location for driving towards Milan or Venezia . the place provides space to rest

It was our 3rd night of our 21-day cycle tour, Via Francigena, from Gran Bernardo to Rome. Shower was perfect, good beds. They allowed us to safely store our bikes in our bedroom. Our room was on a high floor so we could sleep with the window open and fresh air, without being bothered by mosquitoes. Air conditioning was available, but we are not fans of that. Breakfast was good.

Nothing to mention, everything as expected.

Hotel was nice and clean with a good breakfast and helpful staff.

It's let down by poor restaurant in the evening. I was very happy with breakfast, just the evening meals are not to the standard I would expect from such a nice hotel. There's also not any restaurants within walking distance, so you have to drive to get a good meal

Good hotel for a stop-over, - located close to motorway. Friendly staff. Breakfast for Italian Standard quite good. Quiet.

Limited space in the room for a chair at the computer desk.

The room was a nice size, had a big window. Bathroom was quite big. We were allowed to check in at midnight, which was great.

Breakfast did not have any hot food, no bacon, no nothing, only scrambled egg.
