Nice greeting with freshly baked cookies. Quick check in with staff. Room equipped with basics of bathroom supplies and a blow dryer. Mini fridge is also appreciated. A lot of space for lounging with desk space. Large TV is nice too.

Our toilet was functional after learning how to gently push down on lever and then pull up if it doesn’t go by itself. Also would emphasize the need of bathroom ventilation or a window opening. That was the most basic necessity for our family and was surprised it wasn’t built into the room.

The location was great. The bar food and staff were particularly great. The room had a few minor issues such as the bathroom light having a fault and the toilet having a minor issue. These were fixed pretty immediately after notification to front desk including on a public holiday night,

The parking lot was very expensive but I was given a discount since I was staying for a long time.

Felt like a luxury hotel. Great beds, pillows, headboard for extra comfort. Big screen TV for movies at night. Shower was extraordinary! Rainlike shower head, great smelling shampoo, conditioner, body gel, & even lotion! My sister and I had a great time staying here and taking the free shuttle to Five Point Amphitheater for a concert. Exceptional stay! Also, you are only 15 minutes from Laguna Beach. We went the next morning before traveling home and it was such an easy add on to our trip.

Shuttle service to airport and nearby locations was appreciated. The convenience of having quick coffee and takeaway food items was also excellent. The warm cookie at check in was also a nice touch. Room was clean and well appointed.

The alarm clock glowed very brightly and made it hard to sleep.

Staff was super friendly upon check-in and check-out, parking was close, room was clean and big, bathroom was very clean and spacious, TV was huge.

Charging $28 for parking was kind of ridiculous for not being in an urban area - I was actually charged twice! There was a chirping sound from the fire/smoke alarm that went off almost every 15 minutes.

Location was close by venue for a weekend soccer tournament, staff very friendly and professional, first impression once walking into lobby was nice and clean, staff greeted each guests with respect and kindness, the room was comfortable and nice. I liked the secured parking requiring hotel key or ticket to exit and enter the lot.

Pool was closed for services, no microwave for amount spent to stay at a nice hotel. Restaurant downstairs was a long wait for food but overall delicious meal.

The room I had was close to elevator and was loud, you could hear it going up and down throughout the stay. Also the pull out coach bed was really uncomfortable, the kids could feel springs right through cover. However, the pull out is usually not like this in previous stays, and the guest services brough extra padding so we figured it out.

Excellent showerhead. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet,. Nice lighting/lamps although low-lighting unavailable when someone else wants to go to sleep earlier than you. Two fairly quick elevators (be aware they are separated just far enough from each other on upper floors to force you to stand far enough away to track each elevator's status)

Paying to park overnite. Need to use your hotel card key to come in and out and yet upon our return to hotel around 11:30pm the gates were open. We attended a concert at 5 Point Ampitheater. Ahead of time I contacted the hotel to find out specifically, if there was a shuttle from hotel to there. We were told no...then found out there was one for $6 per person(hourly from 5:30pm with last pick-up for return at 11:00pm). Person at the desk said the ampitheater charges parking so would be a good value. I knew 5 Point said free parking. It turns out there is charge only for VIP parking at 5 Point.

When I went to check in they could not find my reservation and the young lady at the check in desk tried to accommodate what I had reserved, Unfortunately they ended up finding my reservation after I had left to my concert and I was unable to move to the 2 bed room I had originally reserved. They had a great food menu and a full bar. The bartenders were also great.

Great location!!!! East to leave the parking lot and go right back on to the freeway and located near all the good shopping and dining. Beautiful lobby with Starbucks-comparable coffee bar (Jasmin made me a iced caramel macchiato and my son got an iced vanilla latte). Gorgeous bar and restaurant with outdoor lounge seating. I had a Chardonnay and margherita pizza. My son had a poke bowl. The food was wonderful. I love a hotel with a bar and restaurant. It makes it really feel like vacation. The hotel was spacious enough for people to work on laptops as well. Nice laundry facility operated by a downloadable app. I was able to do a load of laundry before leaving; and a great pool and gym too. Lastly, the room—- very comfy beds, GREAT A/C, epic shower, and 60 inch flat screen TV which made my husband’s stay because he watched ESPN. I will 100% stay here again. I did a lot of research on hotels near Great Park Irvine and this one seemed to check off all the boxes online and it definitely lived up.
