I liked the entire stay, but the breakfast food selection could have been improved. They offer a common breakfast that isn’t enticing to eat. However, the staff is very professional and provides exemplary customer service.

I expected a five-star breakfast, but the selection was common and not impressive to me. I hope the chef changes the selection to satisfy the palate of customers like me. This hotel is five-star, so I expect the best and not below-standard food selection.

I like the welcoming of the staff and professionalism. The location is amazing near the corniche and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The parking service is excellent and easy access to the rooms. I asked to extend my check out time and thankfully they helped me in that request.

The way to connect to WiFi is a little bit complicated, it should easier.

Check in staff was very rude. Misplaced my passport and refused to own up. Took several trips to the car to double check if l had left it in car. After confronting her that l had left my passport with did she make an effort to look for it. To top up all she did not show any remorse nor apology until l confronted her.

The receptionist (Nourah) I had a serious problem when I checked in but she was really professional and solve the complication, she made my stay exceptional and I’m really thankful that I reported the problem to her. thanks Nourah

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Even though I've driven past this hotel many times, it was actually better than I had expected. - The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. -The room was a great size and was clean. -The location was perfect, right by the corniche and very close to many places in Khobar.

My second stay there. Excellent location, professional staff and comfortable room. Everything was good and very well handled. Parking is also on surface lot and lots of spots available.

Bathroom ceiling leak. Strewn flower petals on the floor as part of housekeeping. Blankets are way too thin. Not a fan of automatic lights turning off and on

Needs a decent restaurant. AC fan in the room is very loud. I needed earplugs to sleep.

Staff very welcoming great location rooms very spacious breakfast selection was good. The cigar lounge around the pool that served sheisha was excellent(shame not outside though) Good off road parking with east access.

Would of given 10/10. However what let it down was the Internet. Had to keep the TV on to stay connected!!! So if one person wanted to sleep it affected the other. Also there was no small din light fit bathroom in night you had to put the full glaring lights on to see.
