Beach is fantastic. View was excellent (suggest a north side room). Bar pool temperature was great. Drinks were not weak. While it was all-inclusive food which can tend to start tasting all the same, it was good. Omelette at breakfast buffet was quick and delicious. Ramen dish at Asian restaurant was great. “Saucy rice” and lobster great at steakhouse was delicious. Team members were ready to be friendly but I had to initiate the conversation or interaction. Room service staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room size and closet were good. Never ran out of sun space or chairs. In room bar was appreciated.

Food wasn’t always available or very limited in availability. Sandwiches in bar and almost anywhere were soggy. In current situation, walking to Atlantis is not convenient as it looks. Do not go down the beach to walk into Atlantis casino as they will not allow you entrance. Pool bar staff sometimes got too crazy to the point that guests didn’t receive quick service. Restaurant reservations were not convenient to make. Reserve immediately when they become available or you won’t get one. Despite restaurants being less than half full at the max, you will not be able to just walk in.

The staff was the best part professional and kind. They really made our weekend memorable. The food was good all around and the drink selection was good and strong. It gave us upscale all-inclusive vibes. I would highly recommend and definitely look forward to doing it again. There is nothing not to like.

Staff generally very good and friendly. Food the same. Very clean. Comfortable Nice size room.

Check in guy seemed distracted and was off hand. Similar in the Krystal Restaurant. The Hotel seemed to think playing loud thumping music around the pool was a good idea. Not so when most guests were 50+ ages

We particularly liked the pleasant staff every where we went on the establishment. The food was excellent and service was top notch. The facility was well kept and always clean. The ease of checking in and out, and the staff at front desk was always very eager to help.

The restaurant app for dinner reservations didn't work.

Hotel exceeded my expectations, first time at a Riu and will definitely be returning. Food selection was fantastic and drinks were great as well. Room was lovely and free onsite parking was added bonus

I sadly did not like the evening entertainment, it is the same every night and it was just boring, I also do not like the way the hotel lets all the guests reserve sunbeds at 6am and not ever come down and use them, it's a joke and should be managed. It is near impossible to book an evening meal at the onsite a la carte restaurants as well. The beach is painful with the amount of beach sellers that approach you.

Brilliant location and room a suite at front and wonderful balcolny. Evening entertainment dancers particularly good. Mostly very nice food for an all inclusive, and good spirit brands on tap.

Pictures of what you were expecting by way of dishes in the booking resturants lets say rather optimistic and its dissapointing to be mislead, mostly to do with size and one dish advertising fois grass it was so mimimal as to be impossible to see! There is no need to do this just be honest! Some bar staff need training in how to make coctails advetrsed eg the magaritas were very variable. No wine in room not everybody drinks spirits. Music at pool most of the day far too load, local music to DJ's taste (eg Rap!!) not an international taste no quiet areas to eascape and the noise made it difficult to rest as well as read. Sometomes the pool noise and ambiance resembled an 18 - 30 holiday escape if thats what Rui want the advertising should say so in order you can make a proper choice!

I like the fact that you had 24 hour room service, and Indeed, the rooms were a very nice size and everything was comfortable. The food options in all of the restaurants were very good. I’d appreciate more available options on the room service menu for breakfast. It is much too limited. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Even though there were time long periods of time the front desk would not answer the phone and I think attention needs to be paid attention to that because somebody could be sick and letting the phone ring, even though they were well staffed, is neglectful and the hotel becomes liable in an emergency and it doesn’t make the customer feel very secure. Regardless I enjoyed my stay, and would certainly return again and recommend it to others..

Fabulous beach and sunbeds and parasols. Beach staff all very helpful.Food overall was good especially the buffet. Lily and Tia shine in the buffet restaurant. Quality drinks. Hotel constantly being cleaned. Room cleaned and bed made fresh daily. Shower was great, always hot water and fresh towels. Entertainment round the pool every day and evenings in the bar. Majority of staff were very good.

Shame the poolside lunch was precooked instead of being fresh to order. Plenty staff cooking in the buffet. Maybe having staff preparing and cooking fresh poolside would be better in my opinion. Speciality restaurants are beautiful however the fish and meats were overcooked. We were always able to book as we stayed 8 nights. For short stays you are unable to book the restaurants until you are allocated your room. The Riu App was very helpful

Reception were fantastic, we stayed 8 days and they were all lovely. Cleaning of the rooms fantastic job. Coffee shop and staff were great, so nice. Buffet great, good vegetarian options - We had the best room ocean front suite on floor 15 just beautiful. Lovely beach and sand quality, good walk up/down the beach.

Didn't like the noise/shouting/games often constantly round the pools it really is not what everyone wants. Would have also liked a quieter bar, the only option was one with so much noise and entertainment staff full on. The only other evening option is the lobby with limited seating and it's a lobby. Didn't like the amount of noise and woop-wooping in the buffet restaurant at nice so noisy at times, large groups weren't asked to be respectful of other diners. The jet-ski people area a huge pain on the beach just won't leave you alone, the jet skis are drove through swim lanes with the guys stood showing off, some one will be hit and hurt before long.
