We liked it all, the villa is absolutely astonishing, beautiful architecture, lots of nice details that makes you feel home and great pool and garden with loads of plants flowers etc. This boutique hotel and villas are a gem hidden in a beautiful island away from the mass tourism and crowds. The owners and the GM are super nice, very helpful and supportive to make your stay memorable. It was the highlight of our whole stay in Thailand and I deeply regret I didnt know it in advance to have stayed a bit longer. The property has a private access to the beach with a amazing view on the archipelagos and Ko Nok, its more wild and different as the tides goes up ans down, as other places in Thailand, but definitely my favorite place so far amongst all the Island we have visited over the years. It’s a huge coup de coeur for us for the restaurant, the food is amazing and it was the only time in Thailand I had so much exceptional traditional thai food, superb curry’s and other recipes, portions are big and the staff is super kind and provide a high quality of service like service a la francaise. He breakfast are great, delicious thai omelette or other a la carte juice and continental dishes. Asma and her colleagues are lovely and I truly enjoyed spending time at the restaurant speaking with them, thank you! The villa was just perfect, so confortable and very well designed and maintained; housekeeping is great; and finally we have done all our excursions and tour with Ryan and it was just great, taxi tour around the island, boat trip in the archipelagos, lovely driver and sailors. All great!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Everything about Kayao Beach Pavilions was just perfection. The huge airy, elegant bedroom, the inside / outside bathroom and additional separate sala were just a delight. The Beach Pavilions have beautifully crafted shutter walls and the roof allows air to flow freely. We found this ideal and never once felt we needed air conditioning. The sea breeze and closeness to nature made the magic of the place and we wouldn't change a thing. The island is serene and we were welcomed and hosted by Ryan, George (the owner and architect) and Bee. Superb restaurant too. We look forward to returning.

Koyao Bay Pavilions is a beautiful and serene place to get back to nature. We stayed in the Taara Villa, which has an outdoor kitchen and living room encouraging us to spend more time outdoors, listening to the sounds of nature. The outdoor area has multiple large fans to stay cool and keep mosquitos away. The front yard of the villa is beautiful with trees, flowers, small ponds, and a large pool. The villa is a short walk to the beach, and also close to a local grocery store if you'd like to purchase fresh fruits etc. The beach was nearly empty every single day, and there are multiple hammocks in the shade that you can sit in and read for hours. The views of the Phang Nga Bay are incredible, and I highly recommend waking up for a few sunrises. Keep in mind that the water around Koh Yao Noi is not going to be the crystal clear water you might find at other islands in Thailand, however you can easily take day trips to places with clearer water. One day I took a long walk along almost the entire east coast of the island, and when I passed beach after beach, I saw very few people. We go to Thailand often, and this is the least crowded, and one of the most calm islands we have visited - we were there in April. At the same time, there is plenty to do if you'd like to such as short trips to nearby islands, bike rides, visits to farms and more. Bee, George, Ryan and the entire staff are so helpful, and we would definitely go back again and stay at Koyao Bay Pavilions.

Our stay was very well accommodated and we felt very cared for. The breakfast included and the restaurant are definitely the best we had on the island. We used the kayaks, rented bikes and scooters to adventure around the island, and booked a boat tour through the hotel. This was the retreat we wanted for our honeymoon.

We traveled in the hottest month of the year, so we probably could have been slightly more comfortable if we had chosen the room with air conditioning and closed walls to reduce our interactions with wildlife. The property and island were lovely and we embraced the heat and nature!

The very private two-bedroom Villa Ingfah with our own pool was heavenly. Great internet connection for video meetings for remote work. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was excellent. Ryan arranged rental bikes for us which were dropped off right at our villa. We had fun biking around the small island, eating at places Ryan recommended — all great. Nice private beach a short walk from the villa; gentle waves, sandy bottom. The resort island is accessible via a scenic 30-minute speedboat trip from the east side of Phuket, and then a short taxi ride.

There's not much within walking distance of the property other than the beach, but bikes/taxis are easily arranged by the staff.

We stayed in one of the three beach suites. The space was beautifully designed. The restaurant was the best food we ate on the island. George, his partner, and the whole staff were very accommodating and helpful. It’s a short walk down the beach (only at low tide) to a collection of restaurants and bars.

The beach isn’t great for swimming - only swimmable at high tide, and the water is very murky with sediment, but this seemed to be true of the whole island, not this beach in particular.

From the very start, Georges and the lovely team at Koyao Bay Pavilions were super helpful and amazing hosts. This resort is a hidden gem! The facilities are well maintained, the villas are gorgeous and very secluded and the beach is just metres away. The restaurant has a fantastic menu of Thai and French influenced dishes and the staff are friendly and professional. There are a variety of activities that can be easily organised through the resort. We chose to do a day sailing the islands in a long tail boat and with just 3 of us, it was perfect as we could choose our itinerary. Other boats we saw had up to 20 people or more. We highly recommend Koyao Bay Pavilions if you are looking for a beautiful private, peaceful and serene location.

The property is beach front. Although, our villa was not exactly beach front but barely a short five minute walk away. Villa was neat, clean, spacious and aesthetically maintained. The pool was shared with another Villa but was quite big. Outside sitting was also very comfortable. Ryan very promptly guided about scooter rental, things to do on the island, attractions, ATM, boat tours. Their La Sala restaurant is one of the best places to eat on the island and really serve good food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved Ko Yao Noi island and our stay at Kayao Bay Pavillions. The setting of our accomodation was superb set in natural surroundings and close to nature. Our villa was luxurious, comfortable, spacious, extremley clean and well maintained. The villa was equiped with everything we needed and more ! The location of the private pool was a highlight. The menu in the restaurant was extensive offering Thai, European and Street Food the best food we had in our entire stay in Thailand. The management team of George, Bee, and Ryan were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were always avaliable to help and advise but never intrusive. All the staff, cleaners, grounds staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We would like to give a special mention to the waitresses who were exceptional and to the chefs who provided delicious meals throughout our stay.
