One of the best hotel experiences we ever had! This place is so special, not only because of the amazing thoughtfully equipped bungalows (free water every day, AC, individual WiFi for every bungalow, a lot of space, separate living and kitchen space, separate bedroom, outside shower!, big spacious pool), the closeness to the beach (just across the street), sea view every morning at breakfast, great breakfast in general! it is like having the perks of an apartment and hotel combined in one beautiful place. Nancy is the most special hotel manager!! there is nothing she won’t be able to manage or organise for you. She is very invested in making your stay as pleasant as possible, making the athmosphere very familiar and comfortable from day one. The hotel is very easy to reach from the pier by a taxi for 100 baht. we will definitely come back!! thank you!!

Really spacious villa. Great outdoor shower. Brilliant swimming pool. Very comfortable bed. Lovely beach 10 yards from the pool. Really nice location on island. The onsite restaurant has amazing food for dinner. Masaman curry the best meal of our whole trip. The dinner on the beach was very nice with friendly staff. Plenty of other places to eat and have a drink within walking distance. Nice cafes two minute walk away. Pick up service provided from the pier for a small reasonable fee with taxi (7 min drive). Nice choice for breakfast.

Very little. The breakfast is very large so on second day so as not to waste to much food we shared one between two as there are side platters of fruit and oat yoghurt bowl also. Reception area could be improved

We stayed at Laguna Villas Boutique Hotel (Villa 1) for 14 days as part of our world trip, together with our two daughters (ages 9 and 11). We truly loved our time on the beautiful island of Ko Yao Noi and at this wonderful hotel. Nancy and her team are incredibly friendly, caring, and dedicated — they go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Here are a few things we can highly recommend: * Rent motorbikes directly at the hotel (helmets included) and explore the island — it's safe and fun. * Take a private boat trip to the nearby islands for swimming and relaxing. * Join Nancy's Thai cooking class — we even got to enjoy the food from it for two meals! * Try the whole Red Snapper or Grouper with Phanaeng curry — absolutely delicious. * Just relax between the pool and the beach and let time slow down. * Enjoy a nearly daily massage — either right on the beach or in a cool, air-conditioned room. This place is truly made for unwinding and recharging. And by the way — the breakfast is amazing! A huge variety of tasty options and always fresh fruit. The team also goes above and beyond in many little ways. For example: * When the Wi-Fi router in our villa stopped working, they replaced it the same day — with one that was 20x faster! * One of the bathroom taps had a missing valve and splashed a bit at first — they replaced both taps with brand-new ones while we were still at breakfast! In summary: A definite recommendation — especially for families. We felt cared for, relaxed, and just happy here.

We loved everything about this place, the rooms were amazing, comfy bed, clean pool, staff were lovely and food was amazing, so good we ate there every night we only had four nights but you couldn't beat the food and happy hour 👌don't get caught out next door where cocktail prices are double the price for one. The staff were so helpful and friendly I had never ridden a Mopehead and I hired one of them after them helping me to test ride it up and down the road first. This island is what the real Thailand would have been like years ago, we skipped Phuket and came straight here definitely what we wanted, quiet relaxing and friendly. if we ever go back that way we would definitely stay here again for a few quiet nights. The only thing was in the pool at the bottom of the seated area is quite dangerous it needs finishing off properly my partner cut his leg quite bad on it not realising the bottom wasn't finished and pushing off from it with his feet. We forgot to mention it to you when we were there but it's was the only fault.

What isn’t there to like! We felt after so much research on finding Koh Yao Noi and then whittling down our accommodation to two places, we absolutely chose the right one. Laguna Villas are situated in a perfect spot with plenty of little bars, massage parlours and other restaurants, plus with the most stunning views that we felt like we’d hit the jackpot! The restaurant is fabulous with some of the best food we’ve had on our travels. In fact, the best Thai food we’ve had was definitely on Koh Yao Noi. Nancy isn’t just a fab women, but an amazing chef.

We spent 4 nights here and loved it. Our villa was huge, with a good bathroom with an outdoor shower which we loved. Master bedroom was massive, and the kids had extra beds set up in the living area, but there was still loads of space. The pool is amazing and the beautiful beach is literally across the road. Breakfast was good. We ate in the restaurant for dinner as well, and the food was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby as well. This was a real find, we loved laid back and not over developed Koh Yao Noi and would return to Laguna Villas!

We had a wonderful week together with our baby Loïs. The staff is absolutely amazing—such kind and caring people. They do everything they can to make you feel welcome from the very first moment. The villa is spacious and clean, with a large, well-kept bathroom and a lovely outdoor shower! Breakfast is varied and more than generous—you won’t be able to finish it all! And last but not least, the view from the beach (just 20 meters from your villa) is simply magical. Highly recommended for everyone!

Our villa faced the ocean and the pool, we had our own beach chairs which was fantastic to hang out in privacy. The villa itself was very spacious, and had all the amenities one might need! The outdoor shower was a nice bonus. The location was great, with bars and restaurants nearby and a beach directly opposite. Nancy, the owner, was the best though - she was so supportive, helped us organize a bunch of activities and even hosted a cooking class herself for us! She was really what elevated our stay, and we would definitely come again!

The bathroom could have used a few more hooks/hangers for towels.

Location: An absolute 10/10, this feels like a surreal level of relaxing and proximity to a wonderful calm and safe beach, with swings and eggs chairs at the beach, that staff can bring drinks to. Although there is a little road, it is a very very local vibe and safe (throughout this entire area) so it literally doesn't change the feel at all, there were young families here and it was very safe. This part of the island felt like the beach escape you can only read about with only ever a handful of other people around the hotel and the beach, and the restaurant attached is VERY reasonably priced and hands down seriously good. Hotel: Incredibly spacious villa, and it's on a property that has immaculately kept gardens, frangipani trees, and a nest for the native hornbills, it is a true sanctuary with a very warm exquisite pool. The rooms are slightly worn but it honestly makes no difference as the relaxation serenity and joy of this place I didn't think would exist still in such a popular travel country. Staff: I couldn't rave more about the staff here, attentive, kind, caring, accomdating, and so friendly made this experience 100%, particularly Tina and Nancy. Ammenities: skip the mad amount of tourists from phuket or krabi and book day trips through this hotel, we hired a private 4 hour long-tail boat in the hong islands and surrounds for the same cost as being squeezed into a 40-50 person speed boat for phi phi islands. This experience has made our trip and we said that we will forever come back here. Honestly the privacy and joy of being able to go at your own speed in your own boat and see the insanely incredible islands and beaches much more up close and personal.

- some local male cats from the neighbours were at our door fighting over a female cat, growling etc. Not at all the hotels fault but had to shoo them a few times.

The location, the beautiful view over the Andaman sea especially at sunrise, the gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained, the villas are spacious and very well appointed. Nancy the Manager is superbly well engaged and a complete asset to the property, she organises everything that could be needed. The island is beautiful and peaceful and it is definitely worth hiring scooter to explore further. (Nancy will arrange this)!
