The location is perfect. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance and several Thai massage places too. The beach to the north is lovely for eating and stopping for a drink, the beach to the south is sandy and great for relaxing in the day. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful! Nothing is too much and they will always greet you with a smile. The food is delicious with a good number of vegetarian and vegan options as well as Italian and English food if you’re feeling like you need a reminder of home! The view is spectacular and the bungalows are gorgeous! You can organise a boat trip directly from the hotel and the prices are very reasonable paying per boat rather than per person - we shared with a French family and had an amazing day!

They were doing road works which disturbed the peace a little bit but the hotel told us they hadn’t been notified about this so it’s not really their fault. The bed was a little firm for our liking.

This was the last part of our trip around Thailand… and certainly the best! Where do we start? We felt so at peace, and the staff were amazing to make sure everything was in hand; from renting a scooter, to arranging our washing being cleaned. The location was stunning. One would only dream of. We planned to try a few restaurants, but ended up eating here every night as we were blown away by the food. Thank you all for making this the highlight of our trip. We hope to return to paradise one day x

Everything. We got the seaside AC Bungalow (#1) and it was the best. The location of property, its facilities and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique island experience away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature. Fred (we think) was the coolest monk-like hotel manager you could have, 2 weeks later and we’re still talking about him. Guy really makes sure you’re happy and have awesome day planned without being pushy. As Fred would say… “Cha Cha”

Loved everything but the bed was very hard and only had 2 pillows (not 4). Also wouldn’t recommend bungalow #1 for anyone with knee issues as the stairs are pretty steep to get to the loo. The bungalows up on the hill (without ac) probs get some road noise but for what you pay, you can’t complain.

The staff were lovely! very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was simple but lovely, with a great terrace and hammock where I enjoyed relaxing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay!

My bungalow was quite close to the road, so I could hear every motorbike passing by, and there were also some renovations nearby. There was no Wi-Fi reception in my room at all - it didn’t bother me, but it’s worth mentioning.

We had four people in our group and loved that we each had our own sleeping space. The kitchen was nice to have (although we didn’t use it). And the outdoor spaces were everywhere. Lots of shared space to hang out in also. We also loved that we just started a tab at the restaurant for our room and paid it at the end.

Absolutely no fault of the property, just an fyi that we loved sitting on the front porch, but the mosquitos are intense. Once we got bug spray, it was totally fine!

A truly authentic and relaxing experience. The thatched bungalows blended seamlessly into the jungle hillside and the view from the restaurant was unparalleled. Staff were helpful and kind. The food and drink was perfect. They arranged a boat tour and cycle hire for us too. Despite fulfilling our every whim the bill at the end was very reasonable. Cant be faulted.

The booking on booking.com said there was ac, but you could see in the photos that there was just a fan. I didn't see any ac in ko yao noi at all so it's clearly not the done thing, but just something to be aware of. Had an issue with mosquitos on the last morning after some rain in the night. Some bug repellent spray or coils available in the bungalows wouldn't go amiss.

Our room (11) was in the most prefect spot. You could see the ocean through the trees, it was quiet, comfortable, clean and we didn’t want to leave. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food and menu outstanding. Massam curry is a must for any meat lover. And to top it off it was in a great spot for having a wander to the beach or to try a different restaurant. Great also F

love the aesthetic of the place (treehouse feel). breakfast crepes, best found on our adventures. Green curry flavours in a cocktail, strange but it worked. Super friendly staff, lovely location. Gave us that tropical island feel. It was quiet! a few massages and restaurants just metres down the road. Clean. Bathroom a separate little outhouse down the stairs but that was fine.

More hooks to hang things please and more hammocks in either your bar area or family houses :) food a little pricey, but that's to be expected with such a small peaceful island

Fantastic last few days of trip. After 3 weeks of busy and often chaotic Thailand we were so looking forward to our stay at The Sabai Corner for a bit to chill time. We travelled from Krabi Town to Ao Thalane Pier for the ferry over to Ko Yao Noi. We booked a GRAB taxi, costing 430 baht. Online it states the speedboat ferry cost is 150 baht … but this is the ‘local’ price. Tourists pay 300 Baht per person each way. However, the 20 minute speedboat journey was fantastic, zipping past the small islands. We had arranged with Lela from Sabai to be picked up from ferry Port by taxi … which they arrange for 200 Baht - and 10 minute ride to Sabai Corner. Sabai is owned and run by Lela …. an Italian expat who has lived on Ko Yao Noi for 35 years … and was so welcoming and informative. We had Bungalow No.1 …. a 2 person waterfront bungalow. It was beautiful and literally 10 feet to the water. There are no mod cons in the room, but a wonderful comfy double bed, good air con, fridge, and private bathroom. It was perfect. With sitting area on its own terrace, and hammock. We loved our time here staying for 5 nights. Lovely beaches very close by, and we hired bicycles one day, kayaks another, went on a 5 island boat trip on private longboat …. but mainly spent our time on the bungalow veranda sinking beers. We had breakfast included in price …. good choice of breakfast… I preferred the Sabai breakfast of coffee, pineapple juice, scrambled eggs on toast (homemade bread) with smoked salmon. Was delicious…. although take care with the toast… it could easily break your teeth. We ate here 4 nights ….. the food always being lovely and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. A beautiful resort on a beautiful island. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Just make sure you get one of the 3 waterfront bungalows 😁😁

Besides the muddy ungraveled walkways, and my friend not knowing how yo walk not slipping 4 times a day der, the bungalows were adorable; not the worst ^^

There’s not a free market usage or in person discount price match for bookings, this is good it has comprehensive reviews, no hassle, but shitty incomprehensive prices because its difficulg for the small rural islands to pay subscription fees to Agoda or if there’s a secondary company doing better things; the staff were nice
