The breakfast exceeded my expectations due to the variety and quality of food offered. The lady managing the kitchen was extremely attentive and efficient.

The TV in my room wouldn't connect to the provider. I called the front desk and they suggested moving the HDMI cord. They said if this didn't work, they wouldn't be able to help me because no staff member was available to do that. Fortunately I know how to move HDMI cords, and I was able to get the TV to work, but it took a while to change channels. I think the front desk staff should be able to help out with this more, given the price I paid for 1 night. Otherwise I'd give this hotel 10 stars, because it was exceptionally clean and very quiet.

The lady that checked us in was so very nice. She was also there in the morning too. It was so pleasant to be greeted and departed by this friendly young lady. I forget her name. But would definitely stay again because of her. Room was nice, comfortable bed. Dirty carpet

Dirty carpet in room, not caused by not vacuuming. They need shampooed. Breakfast lady wasn't pleasant at all.

Staff is hard working. House keeping turned over something like 64 rooms out 74 for check out that night. I checked in at 8pm and they were working overtime to keep up. Front desk staff was very accommodating with getting extra bedding and towels. They also helped me upgrade to another room because we were to close to the door that was letting in 2nd hand smoke. Food was great for a holiday inn express.

Had to switch rooms because the hallway and our room smelled of second hand smoke. However, front desk staff was able to help out by moving us to another room. My 2 kids complained that the sofa bed was not comfy.

Location was right off Rt 81. Had a fun restaurant a short walk away--we didn't have to get back into the car. Breakfast had many choices. We ended up coming back on our return trip home.

Bathroom was looking like it was falling apart. Tub area molding looked stained and breaking apart. Wall sockets near bed dented into wall. Hall way smelled like cigarette smoke.

The King Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and staff was excellent. I recently stayed at a Marriott Courtyard recently and this hotel and services was much better.

Choices great. Good food, friendly staff. Nice pool, hot tub would have been a nice addition. But very nice hotel and room.

The internet was not reliable. I needed to finish a few things for a presentation and the internet sucked!
