The staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy.

There were not enough towels in the room so we had to go downstairs and get extra towels each time. There was a draft in our door to our room so it sounded like it was being haunted. The pool was fun and the kids loved it!

Great view of the river. Property was clean and modern. Staff was awesome and very helpful.

We found some stains on our sofa and we had blue tape on our shower head in our bathroom which seemed odd or missed. Overall the room was clean.

The car port had collapsed due to poor maintenance. The debris as not cleaned up. There was a lot of trash around the property to include parking lot lamp head lay on the ground for sometime.

Very damp in the room. Bathroom ceiling was low and the shower curtain did not prevent water from getting everywhere. Also wish there was a complimentary breakfast as well or instead of the restaurant on site.

Unfortunately we were late to breakfast. We didn't have many options. To be fair, that was our own fault. The options looked and sounded delish if we had been on time.

The restaurant or hotel doesn't advertise hours for breakfast. When i scanned the QR code for breakfast, the hours were not listed. Otherwise we would have been on time

The room was one of the cleanest rooms from a hotel here in Decatur I've stayed at. The front desk ladies were so sweet and kind. Overall felt very welcomed!! 10/10 would stay again!!

Our room was clean. The front desk staff were excellent.

The pool was dirty. Lots of hair and floaties. Our front rooms were very dark.

I really like the motel over all. I would like to have the sheets changed a little more often, they were only changed once. Bathroom was clean and had fresh towels. Beds were very comfortable, loved the pillows! The two ladies that cleaned were BOTH very friendly and officiant and caring! Counter personals were awesome all of them! I was treated very well. Thank you all at DoubleTree Hilton!!!

The sheets could have been changed like maybe every other day.

Great stay. Cute hotel and upscale for the area . The staff was super friendly and I give the ends a 10 for comfort! Overall great stay will stay again!
