Location was perfect for our theatre trip. Overnight only, but could park off road at property, then could walk to theatre, restaurant & pub. Breakfast (continental) was delivered to room at a time we chose.

Sitting on the bed to eat breakfast wasn’t ideal; would have preferred option to eat at a table, but it was ok for 1 mornings cereal & toast. We had problems with the door lock on our room; both getting in & out. After several minutes of push me/pull you we discovered the knack, but very frustrating when we were meeting friends and were late because we couldn’t get out of the room!

The size of the room, modern decor, location was perfect and close to everything that was needed. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning

no heat control, although a fan was supplied, no coffee, couldn't use tap water for the kettle or for drinking was provided with bottled water but ran out and had to buy our own. Breakfast was slightly disappointing, the toast was either cold or burnt, although there were options, no option for english breakfast.

location was perfect for the concert just over the road at the baths hall. got a call on the day of our stay to say they'd upgraded us to a better room to help celebrate our anniversary. facilities were perfect, room was clean. Nespresso machine, plenty of bottled water, dining table set for 2. everything you need in your room to cook meals if needed. staff are really friendly. would stay again

my only down point would be the bed pillows were super flat and needed replacing. but this is the only downside I found.

We had a suite which was roomy, comfortable and very clean. There was a main door to the room and an inner door. Which gave it that certain added security in a way. In the lounge/kitchen area there was a dining table with plates etc , full accompaniment of utensils. And a two seater sofa .

The emergency lighting (showing you the door way) was set a little forward on the ceiling which gave off a little too much light. But that was better than not having any lol .. The main door to the room was a little fiddly to lock when leaving and took some effort to shut. Which to be fair might have been just how I was with it.

The reception staff are warm and welcoming and responsive to any questions. I was able to change my room to a quieter one without any fuss. Breakfast delivered next day, and nicely presented, by kind night duty receptionist. Room was really clean, well laid out, comfy chair, large bathroom, a very comfortable bed, nice lighting- chocolates on the bed, thank you. Literally a 3 minute walk to a Sainsbury supermarket. I also walked to the hotel easily from the train station. Efficient radiator, only needed to use it for 5 mins. Good fast wifi too.

It's a skylight and not a window so on a hot day I think this would be a hot room (no air con). You do need to pay a £50 deposit, which is refunded when you leave. I missed this when booking- my error. Toilet seat loose as well, might need fixing on better.

Breakfast was good. A little filling though but excellent reception from the staff who tried their best to get me a great deal. Rooms were very spacious and warm. If circumstances prevail, I would definitely love to stay there again.

I just wish they had some laundry facilities. The kitchen for the guests was a little poky and needs an oven. I had some garlic bread but nowhere to heat them.

Delighted to find on arrival that my booking was upgraded to a suite, which was fabulous, everything you could possibly need, and incredibly spacious. We had booked breakfast served in the rooms - these can often be a bit dubious, but this was excellent, with plenty of choice and huge portions! Would stay again if ever in Scunthorpe.

The location wasn't too inspiring, but you can't have everything! At least it was convenient. Sadly no lift.

the room was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful the only down side was the size of the room (not an issue as i was alone but if i had stayed with my partner would have been cramped) and the bed was a little hard. on the whole though it was great and I would absolutely stay here again.

the bed was a little uncomfortable, and parking at the front was a little restricted. however, the car park at the rear had lots of space. it may benefit from some clearer signage though as i'm not from the area so finding the parking at the rear on the second night wasn't very easy.

Everything...from the moment my son entered the building and meeting the lovely young lady at reception who was most helpful to finding out that his room had been upgraded to the studio flat which was so much nicer and beautifully decorated. The photographs on booking.com don't do it justice at all, it's finer in real life.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Excellent location , perfect for our visit to the theatre across the road. The rooms were large, modern, well equipped and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast with lots of choice.

The temperature in one of our rooms was rather warm but this was partly controlled by a fan in the room. Access to the rear car park was a little awkward.
