We loved the breakfast, they had many options. The pool was nice as well for relaxing or for our daughter who enjoyed it.

The only thing we didn't like, it was that our room had a bad smell, it smelled like sweat or bad body odor. We couldn't find where the odor came from, though, and it was like a permanent odor, it wouldn't go away after opening the window or running the AC all day long. It bothered us some, but I wouldn't rate the place bad for this, it was probably only bad luck with our room. We didn't try asking for another room but I'm sure they would have accomodated us if we did.

This hotel was excellent. It was an affordable last minute booking, due to a cancelled flight, that is just a few minutes taxi ride from the airport. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets. The helpful staff scheduled an early morning taxi ride for us. (We left too early to try the included breakfast.) The pool, water slide, and hot tub were open and fun. (The pool was open on our weekday evening.) It's a short walk to a couple of restaurants. Really, especially for a budget hotel, no complaints.

Not walkable to much. Even still, Les Palmes was a decent restaurant option.

My wife and I were there in 2004 it was our 42nd anniversary. When we arrived there was a nice card and a small bottle of champagne arranged by Susanne and Joanne of Super 8. They also helped me arrange flowers for the room. They are 2 people with a good heart besides being very professional. The rooms are good sizes, very comfortable and clean. This year 2025 are going east our first stop was Super 8 Quebec City. The hotel is close to everything, whether for shopping or visiting wherever you wish. Once again thanks Susanne and Joanne.

We were pleased with the ease of parking. The facility was clean and lovely; the room well appointed. The young man on the desk was pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely meal at one of his recommendations. We also appreciated getting a light breakfast on site to get us back on the road! The hotel neighbourhood was pleasant. We felt comfortable leaving our vehicle in the parking lot overnight. For a one night stay, passing through the region, we feel we got good dollar value for an excellent accommodation. Thank you!

Check in on a rainy day was assisted by a charming concierge who greeted us amiably and suggested a very special restaurant to dine at for supper. My wife had a fall during her free breakfast meal and was wonderfully looked after by hotel staff, notably Suzanne (I believe my spelling may be approximate) who went out of her way to gather first-aid provisions to render my wife's condition safe.

No adverse comments. My wife is slightly disabled and I would have preferred a first floor room, but heavy booking precluded that, however, an elevator was close by on the lobby and all was very convenient.

we loved the water slide and pool area. the cleanliness was apt, and the receptionist were extremely helpful and polite. the breakfast was very convenient with variety in the menu.

the only problem we faced was that the house keeping was every two days but the receptionist was helpful in taking care of the garbage.

That it was pet friendly, travelling with a pet is stressful enough it was nice being about to let her out to run around after 3 days driving.

Very limited breakfast options, if you're getting there during the night time like I did you will have a hard time finding it. The big sign doesn't light up and the one on the building is hid behind a big tree.

Room was cleaned every other day. The front desk reception staff were all fantastic.

Breakfast selection could of been better. When I stayed at Wyham in Midland, Ontario, they offered hot foods, ie. eggs, waffles, sauages. Having benches infront of the building to sit.. I know it was winter and -22, but it would of been nice.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, fun water slide, nice rooms, and pet friendly.

The water slide needs a no climbing sign. My daughter was sliding down, and some kid decided to start climbing up the slide they collided, and my daughter was badly hurt. Staff were very nice apologized and, gave my daughter some ice for her head.

Location worked well for us, as we were travelling across the country. Accommodations were very comfortable for the price. Beds were very comfortable. I had to ask staff for a number of breakfast items couldn’t keep up with refilling items for guest.
