The unit was clean and we chose the bigger suite with a couch and TV viewing area.

We normally don’t care about TVs but we were driving south and trying to catch the AFC/NFC championship games. So the fact that the TV was very confusing to find FOX and CBS was frustrating. The first room we were in the TV was so fuzzy. It couldn’t be watched. The receptionist downstairs was very helpful in finding another room and I heard her in contact with maintenance to see about getting the other TV fixed.

We enjoyed the breakfast, and liked that there was a hot tub and great black out blinds. The styling of some of your lamps and furniture were nice as well.

My mom is 80 and on oxygen, and I felt like we were pressured both by housekeeping and the front desk to get out of the room. There should be more leniency with check out time.

Room key would not open pool room door even after front desk scanned it again. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. I don't think the exhaust fan worked properly and the AC vent was closed with the lever removed or broken off.

Good location and clean

When arrived for check-in, there was no one at the desk. Waited several minutes so went out and unloaded all luggage and still no one at the desk. Eventually employee came. When checking out- also no one at desk. Didn’t have to wait but a few minutes for this one though. Other than that, the stay was very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

One of my room keys didn’t work but that’s about all I have to complain about. It would have been an easy fix but I was too lazy to go back down to the lobby.

Rooms aren’t very sound proof. We were tired from travel but kept hearing doors shutting, either from other rooms or to the outside. You can also hear voices from outside and in.

Everything. The stay was exceptional. In fact, we stayed an extra day just because it was so great. By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many.

Freshness and variety of breakfast was the best I have seen at any hotel ever. The lady that maintained breakfast was awesome! The location in the lobby was good with plenty of seating. Great job Holiday Inn!

The first day we checked in I called the front desk and told them our clock was not readable. She told me she would let maintenance know about it, but we never got another clock.

Front desk staff were awesome! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect pool to spa situation. We have kids so for once we could relax while they swam. That was amazing.
