This is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Turkey. - Rooms are clean and fresh, not a single thing is broken. Amazing sound proof for a hotel in Turkey!!! My room was right next to an elevator and I couldn't hear anything (only door slams). - Staff is very polite and helpful. Most of them speak English. 1 hour early check-in wasn't a problem, but late check-out was not possible. Anyway, great staff! - Big lobby, lot's of places to sit, free 24/7 coffee machine.

I don't know what to add in this section. Perhaps, the district itself looks ugly and very unsafe at night. Obviously, this is not the hotel's fault but it will be better to take in consideration that this place doesn't feel safe.

A fantastic and higly recommended hotel! Central location and next to all modes of transportation with Izmir metro, tram and Basmane train station to the airport just around the corner. The rooms are super, very clean, with modern decoration and the breakfast unique. On top of that you can have coffee, water and refreshments up to 23.00 for free from the hotel bar! The staff is so kind and helpful. Ata, Togalthan and Hasan, to name a few, thank you so much for your help and making my stay in Izmir so lovely! I will be back soon.

Really nice new hotel. I don't know what to say about the location - it is close to the bazar area and we thought that is the city center but honestly the city is extremely big so it depends on what are you hoping to do in the city, the downside of the location is that it doesn't have so many restaurants nearby, otherwise perfect - but except this all was perfect : the place is clean, the rooms are spacious, they have parking, the breakfast is a good quality one and quite tasteful, the room has a good temperature during the winter, hot water is always available but what counted the most is that the hotel is clean and well maintained.

All was good, the mattresses are quite soft so maybe not suitable for some, although I like hard mattresses I had no back pain or issues due this.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are really good, many choices, good quality stuff. Doruk at the front desk is excellent, very helpful. Also is Hassan who I came in contact with during breakfasts, very kind and friendly. As a matter of fact all of the staff are very welcoming.

I am English speaking, there is only one English speaking channel on Television, TRT World. The choice of TV programming can be improved. Also, cupboard space in the bedrooms is limited.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a cozy bed where I could get a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the room cleaning was exceptional. The location is convenient, with easy access to both city landmarks and attractions outside the city. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a birthday greeting and a cake in the fridge. It was such a sweet surprise and made me so happy. Thank you so much! We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Izmir.

From each of the aspects (including convenience, service, location, cleanliness, eye-catching design) the hotel is exquisite. Definitely worth to money. I tasted one of the most delicious breakfasts here. Big thanks to Gözde hanım and whole staff for their amazing hospitality 🌸✨ When I firstly entered to the hotel (I was so tired because of my terrible flight) the receptionist asked “are you ok? would you like a cup of tea or Turkish coffee?” I forgot all my tiredness and said in my heart “Thanks God, I’m in Turkey :)”.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from the train/metro station. The train station is very convenient if you wish to visit Pergamon and/or Ephesus. The square with the Tower Clock and promenade is around 15 minutes walk via bazaar and its charming streets. The breakfast takes place in its restaurant on the ground floor, in a very pleasant premises. The great choice of breads, cheese, veg, fruit and other Turkish delicacies. The room was spotless, good sized. The bed was comfortable. The staff kind, helpful. After check-out, we could leave our luggage in the reception area as our flight was in the evening. Thank you.

Everything was ok.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and attentive. All hotel facilities were in very good condition and well maintained. The breakfast was buffet with lots of options.. everything was very tasty. The room was good sized, bathroom clean and well functioning. We needed to keep the window closed to avoid smoke from people smoking opposite on the road, and to stop any noise, but that was not a problem to us. We had very good rest. The hotel is at walking distance from Konak square, very near the old city, and also at walking distance from the old Agora, Kulturpark and Alancak district. We had a great stay and surely would consider again if coming back to Ismir.

Some homeless people were around the main street at night.. they did not feel dangerous or aggressive but just be cautious as in any big city. The car park is on basement level and only accessible by a car lift so you will have to let the staff to park your car upon arrival... again not a big deal but be aware.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The staff are very professional and the concierge team went out of their way to provide assistance. The staff looked after our car so that we did not have to worry. The breakfast was lovely, the room was luxurious and we could walk to Kodak Square and Kodak Pier. We took a ferry to Alsancak for dinner.

In Australia we do not tip but we felt like the concierge team may have been expecting a tip. This did make us feel uncomfortable. No fault of Emens Hotel. We just hope the staff did not think badly of us.

This fine hotel boasts one of the most friendly and helpful Teams I had the pleasure of staying with. The parking service is seamless and very professional. The breakfast was just great, and our little Team had a great stay. It is far enough away from the seaside to not be overly busy. And, close enough for a pleasant walk.

If anything, the rooms were a little warm for sleeping, my own taste. The bathroom ventilation was a little noisy, but easily turned off separately, so didn't matter much. Minor details, therefore.
