Location and wonderful staff. Hotel is modern and well maintained.

When having breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant, you have to keep asking the waiter for milk for the coffee. Holiday Inn, please use a small pitcher on the customers’ table so the customer can pour their own milk. This method is used all over the world. Another thing about the breakfast. They dont know how to make an omelette. I know the staff can do it but for some reason the omelet is made in a small pan. You have to learn how to make an omelet. Dont over cook it and make it in a big enough pan. Another silly observation, please have a toilet brush in every bathroom room. This is standard all over the world.

Breakfast was amazing with several choices every day. Staff was excellent, this level of service is above what we see in Europe. Really amazing!

Wifi connection was terrible with different wifi network needed on different levels of the hotel…video calling with what’s up is not possible in this hotel. Staff service at the rooftop bar at night was lazy. On the night I was at least. Cocktail was not good.

I realized that this is not about the property or something that happens everyday, but it is important for the hotel manager to be aware of. There was an event at the fifth floor of the hotel during my stay that required the heavy presence of police, anti explosive vehicle (parked outside the hotel), and police dogs. On that day, I felt uneasy and unsafe as a guest, to say the least. Events are fine, but some events are not, at least in my opinion.

The front desk allowed me to checkin early after a travelling for 24 hrs - much appreciated. The restaurant view is amazing as is the view from the rooftop bar & pool.

At one point a cleaning staff member tried to enter the room while I was sleeping eventhough I had a do not disturb sign on the door.

I stayed for 5 days and the service was great, the room was very comfortable, the view was very nice from the room, bar, and restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was very good. This is my second time at the hotel and I would stay there again.

No complaints at all. I had a minor issue with the WIFI but it was solved quickly by the staff.

Even though the hotel brand is recognized and respetable, this one looks old and not well maintained once you enter the rooms halls. The price is too high for the looks of the property and the services provided

Increíble view. Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great shower. The rooftop pool is stunning and the staff super friendly

The corridors to the rooms felt a bit worn and the carpets there were stained. There are only 2 guest lifts which get very busy at times

The room was big, the view wasn't bad, we had a view to the running track but it has a background of the mountains which is nice. The food was good as well and the personnel was amazing, friendly, always willing to help and with a smile in their face! Definitely we will comeback!

Unfortunately, the Sky Bar and Pool were being refurbished during my stay. I was not aware of this before arriving at the hotel. These facilities are quite a major part of the hotel and i have enjoyed relaxing there during previous stays, as such it was quite a disappointment that they were closed. Although I appreciate that work like this of occasionally necessary and unavoidable there could have been perhaps a small discount in the price perhaps to reflect the reduction in facilities offered for that period?
