Everything was perfect , very good location , value for money , all the staff are very friendly and always smiling, for me it was best hotel in Milano since we are Arabic family and they have water flush in the toilet 😁 that was something very special for us so I can recommend the hotel to any Arabic tourists will come to Milano soon , the neighborhood was very nice too , the street was full of life and super active with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby the hotel , carrefour is very next door to the hotel and turro metro station is 2 min away also , in total it was really very nice experience

Nothing at all to complaint about

The room was large, spacious and clean. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Nice large TV as well. Reception staff were very polite and helpful and gave advice on how to get around town and sites to visit. Kitchen staff can not be praised enough. Very polite and served with a smile. Cleaning staff were very efficient too. On time and quick.

The pillows were not fluffy enough, almost flat so had to request more. The shower had two heads, but the pressure from the "rain" shower was non-existent so had to settle for the hand shower. Not ideal but perfectly adequate.

Standard room had everything needed including two tables, chairs, small fridge and with all that it didn't feel small. Bathroom was a bit narrow-shaped, but VERY clean. You might even think you're the first one to use it - looks so clean like all new. Step-in shower with the window that you can slightly open for some fresh air was a highlight :) Hotel reception and common halls have nice design with lots of greenery. The hotel area is very well connected to the city center with a subway, supermarket (24h) is on the block and quite cheap APCOA parking (also 24h) is in 5 min walk. Very friendly staff, welcome drink and compliments in the room. And for that price it's the best offer in Milano I've ever used!

Double-bed was actually two beds put together

I recently had the pleasure of staying at c-hotels Concorde in Milan and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The property itself is stunning, made it feel like a true escape. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our days of exploring.

Clean, bed and sheets very comfortable, attractive room, close to metro, helpful and friendly staff, restaurant and bar available, pleasant and quiet.

Location was much farther from Milano Centrale Station than indicated on booking.com; so instead of walking we had to ride in a cab for 20 minutes, as we were not quite comfortable with the metro right off, hauling luggage, etc. We were leaving the next morning so thought we were getting a hotel within 0.3 km of the station. Additionally, ，the breakfast was NOT free, as indicated on booking.com. It was a very noisy part of town- sirens all night! The shower was definitely not user friendly, either.

Location was perfect regarding what I was coming to do. The hotel is "fun" and the people really nice and helping. It was a very pleasant stay

If I would have to be picky, I would say : -> I could hear the traffic outside. It did not affect my sleep, but I could hear loud cars and trucks -> I don't use the lifts; I use the stairs ... very complicated, angular and hard stairs :( -> the translated emails (in French) I received were very bad, almost non polite. I would have expected better from BestWestern. Either you have some real French translator people, or you just communicate in English. Please.

The cleanliness was exceptional; the cleaning crew deserves a compliment, because they really took cleaning the room to heart. Although the hotel was somewhat further from the city center, it was surrounded by local restaurants and we got free bikes from the hotel, which made it a breeze to visit Milan. In addition, the metro and a big supermarket were nearby, making our stay easy. The breakfast team was also incredibly friendly and the spread was very good. The bathroom was clearly renovated and the shower was a standout experience. Very good & silent airconditioning.

Because the hotel is close to a major road, there was quite a bit of noise. However, earplugs (which we always bring) were sufficient to block out the noise. The other minor thing, was the lack of a rack to put toiletries on in the bathroom.

I can recommend the hotel Concorde It is very clean, the mattress are very comfortable, the shampoo left my hair very shiny, lots of towels.. a large TV 🙂with a lot of international channels…central to Duomo ..supermarket is nexs to the hotel open 24 hours a day!!! and very kind staff at the Reception 💕Thank you Andrea and Jasmine for your help and kindness.

the hotel is approx. 100 meters from a metro station, what makes the location really convenient. what's more, there is a supermarket just round the corner. the staff is professional and very helpful. there are extra facilities in the room and in the hotel lobby + a restaurant. we liked the breakfast very much and were surprised with so many options available (you could even make a fresh fruit/vegetable juice!).

the bathroom was small, so not very comfortable, but still had everything you need. the wifi didn't work perfectly, yet enough to look through news pages (but not yt or maps). i didn't understand why you needed to leave your email address at the check in..

Everything was excellent, from before the date of our stay until checkout. The hotel even allowed us to store our luggages 2 days prior since we need to travel to Paris first. The welcome drinks, the hotel's condition, room's condition, employees friendliness & hospitality are all excellent! Most importantly the location is very near to Metro station (Turro) & next to a 24-hours Carrefour are the best advantage. Totally value for money.
