The location is directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and tips for taking the ferry to Boston. They also have an outdoor shower where you can wash off sand so you don’t bring it in your room which was nice. We left pretty early, before the office was open and utilized the key drop off to check out.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property, however if you have never been to Nantasket Beach/Hull just be aware that restaurants and shops close pretty early and they have a strict parking rule so it’s nice the hotel was close enough to walk a lot of places.

We knew up front that this was a Motel, not a fancy hotel, so expectations were set realisticly. We were please well beyond expectations! Very clean, cute, comfortable and friendly. Matresses, Bed linens and towels were good quality. Good size room with counter space, fridge, micro, coffee maker, big closet and modern charging station on bedside table. They even loan you a stripe beach towel if you need it! Bathrooms small but very clean. We could see a bit of the ocean from our room and one minute walk to Natasket Beach.

I liked the room very much it was nicely decorated, clean, attention to detail’s, very welcoming. The only thing I would say is I wish the doors were metal if you were staying there alone someone could break in. There were metal latches but I still think a metal door would feel safer. I liked the shared outdoor space having a shower to rinse off after the beach and a table and chairs to sit and eat outside if you wanted to. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Robin.

Actually everything. Most comfortable bed in a hotel ever. Quite location very close to the beach. Short walk to Schooners where the best chowder and fish/chip are served. The hotel room was updated and had excellent decor. Much thanks to the owners, management, and especially staff.

If I had to say anything negative, I suppose there could be some more space for brought toiletries in the bathroom but there was space in the bedroom for make up and hair primping, I just had to chase my wife out. Super nice, super clean room.

Room was great and clean. View was superb. Front desk staff supernice and very knowledgeable about the area. Went to Schooners for supper Friday night. Bought a grinder at Victoria's to have a beach picnic. Took many walks on the beach. Saw a fabulous sunset and listed to a concert on the beach on Friday night. Since it was rainy Saturday morning, we went to a craft fair at the KofC hall.

The only caveat was the shower floor was very slippery when I stepped in the first time. It did not appear to have any cleaning residue. Perhaps just the nature of the shower material.

Very clean, quiet, roomy, pleasant and helpful staff, easy access to beach and restaurants. I left my purse in the dresser drawer when we checked out and the housekeeper turned it in. I received a call right away and it was mailed to my home! I’m very implore the honesty and customer service!

Could use blackout curtains as the outside light peeking in from around curtains from the parking lot had me thinking it was morning when it was still the middle of the night;)

Beautiful location with a lot to walk to, ocean view from our room. Rooms were LARGE and clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk and a very quick walk right to beach. Gorgeous scenery and a nice quiet stay.

Would not have minded more options for TV channels, or even a way to log into my own streaming accounts from the TV

This motel exceeded all expectations. Perfectly situated in a charming location, it was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond—when I forgot my AirPods, they promptly mailed them back to me. The motel’s vintage vibe adds a unique charm, offering a level of personalized service that’s rare to find in big chain hotels. It was a refreshing experience, made even better by the beautiful surroundings.

For what we paid, the place was very good. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Robyn. The location was great for what we were seeking, near the beach with restaurants within walking distance and shopping close by as well.

The floor in the bathroom was in need of repair but it truly did not affect our stay. Maybe could use some updates with decorating but overall it served its purpose.
