Loved the live music at the pool and that it stayed open till 10pm. The location is perfect. Roof top is amazing and relaxing.

My ac quit working on day one. I think the people who stayed in my room prior to us had ac set to low. It froze over. Leaked within hours of entering room. The ceiling was all mold in the room around ac vent... It looks like this has been an ongoing issue with this room for a long while it looked like. I just kept the ac around 74. Didn't have an issue the rest of the week. This was always a top rated hotel. Still is in my mind. They have slipped a bit. Due for some minor renovations and a more attentive staff.

Spent three days at the aqua beach hotel and everyday I had to check out to move into another room. Never have I had this problem. Asian lady didn’t let us check in until 4pm. This was suppose to be a relaxing vacation but your hotel staff made sure I had the worse possible time running around with my bags. Also the other lady with the ponytail also made this complicated for no reason whatsoever. Atleast your other employees seemed to be cool. This will be the last time I ever book with at this hotel

Very well location right on the board walk and the beach, hotel was amazing and the staff always made sure the room was cleaned and towels were out.

The shower was the one thing about it, it felt like the pressure was not really cleaning. Air circulation was not cooling the room enough and the fan in the room was creaking bad. There was also not enough light in the room and enough power outlets to plug into.

Location was very good -- across the road from the beach. The beach patrol provided quick transportation to the water and back again at the end of the day. We had an ocean view efficiency room that was very adequate. The sofa was sagging and needed replacement. The water pressure in the shower was low, but aside from that the unit was very good. The staff was helpful and accommodating.. Would definitely return.

Location perfect for beach or boardwalk lovers. Room was decent, clean, nicely decorated and over all standard but comfortable.

It's the little details in the room that make a difference.. the interior wall in the bathroom had a hole where a door swung .. there are bumpers made to cover and fix easily. I am early morning coffee person I was disappointed with the hours of The hammock area .. I would have enjoyed relaxing up there at sunrise with my coffee while the others slept. Last the prominent smell of weed entered our room ..not sure you can do much about that maybe include weed products in your no smoking disclosure..

Great room size, pool was big, kids had a blast.

Hard to navigate. Unfortunately the wind blew our sign to make up the room so it wasn't done. Had to find someone for fresh towels. Wished the pool had more space to walk through. Felt like it was over crowded with lounge chairs and tables. Plenty of seating though! Long pool hours too! Wish kitchenette was a little bigger and more kitchen supplies.

It was an amazing get away. From the time I checked in at the front desk to check out. The front desk representative was so great. He set the stage. Loved him. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I also had such an amazing time, sitting by the pool and listening ti entertainment. Can't wait to go back

The property had everything you could want in a hotel for a family vacation, spacious rooms, pool/hot tub, on site cafe for breakfast/lunch and different “events” throughout the week. We enjoyed the musician who was there two afternoons as well as the swim up movie night!

The paint was peeling in the tub, the shower curtain was quite dirty, the towels were scratchy.

Location was perfect! Very close to everything! Boardwalk was in walking distance and well as the beach! The upstairs with the hammocks was so relaxing, and the pool was great too. Great size and plenty of sitting areas.

The only thing I did not like was parking. If you stay during the week (slower time) it is perfect, but when it gets busy be careful. we went to dinner and could not find any parking had to park on the other side of the road. Not far of a walk but still an inconvenience.

I just about always stay at Aqua Beach with the family for many years now. To me its wth the walk everywhere. Especially having the beach right across the street. The views are amazing too

Everything was as expected. But my major gripe was actually with BOOKING.COM. I'm sure know one can tell me why I paid 300 more for the same room as my sister next door to me??? Smh. And before someone says she found it cheaper, wrong. I found both rooms for us.
