- The staff were always smiling and very helpful. - The breakfast was good. - It's close to the train station. Especially on the day I checked in, which was during Easter, there was a surprise Easter egg prepared in the room with a note for us! This went beyond our expectations for a business hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again!

There are no Kettle and Refrigerator inside the room.

The family room with the connecting door was perfect for a stay with tweens. The breakfast was included and the choice of food was excellent. Very easy access to the RER station. Large and comfortable bed.

One of the bathrooms smelled bad. The rooms are very small. Our room was at the end of the corridor in the corner of the building so very little natural light got it. But we only spent sleeping time in the room and the bed was large and comfortable.

Staff were friendly and location was fantastic

The lights on our whole floor went off on our last night leaving us trying to pack everything in the dark 😦☹️ On the plus side : Louisa from reception was amazing and organised a transfer to a different room on the 5th floor and then let us keep our room longer the next day and check out much later than usual - No charge 👍🥰.

I liked the staff very much especially the girl with glasses at reception desk and the girl at restaurant who takes the plate’s away. The mattress was good, the free coffee on the lobby was so welcoming, and especially the small heating was everything to me because I had to walk on rain so I was hugging the heating all the time hahah. Check in and check out was so fast and I loved that. I would like to visit again this Hotel

My room it hadn’t mini fridge so I didn’t like that. And the elevator sometimes took forever to get.

3 minutes walking to the RER train to Paris and Disney. Also close to a shopping center with supermarket.

Mattress was much bigger than bed frame, what made me rolling from the bed, I had to be very careful to sleep on the center of the bed. Unfortunately the housekeeper didn’t pay enough attention to cleaning and throw away my mouth guard, turning my sleeping night for the entire holiday around Europe (10 more days ahead) very distressful.

Location is perfect, close to shops and train station. Basic, but clean and there's all you need. Breakfast, really nice choice.

Our room was next to swing door with code and lift, which would occasionally wake me up.

The staff was absolutely excellent, they catered to our every needs. On one occasion my partner was in need of ice due to some aches and pains. Ornella, at reception, immediately arranged for ice and hot water bottles to be sent to our room. She was so kind and helpful and we are so grateful. The breakfast was lovely!

We didn’t feel very safe in the area. Especially in the shopping centre.

Easy access to the RER / underground. Quite good breakfast which is not typical of Paris . The desk and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming.

Noisy bus station nearby and poor window insulation.

Three star hotel that fulfills its function. Modest, clean accommodation, good location, good service.

The bathroom is somewhat small and uses only one container for soap and shampoo (bring your own). He doesn't have AA. We came in autumn (we opened windows). I guess it will be better in winter. But in summer it must be very hot.

Good location. I did not pay for parking. Clean. But bed was 4 stars on account of being a double bed. Not a Queen size bed.

All hotels must always have Queen size beds.
