Nice big room. Well equipped kitchen with hob, kettle and toaster. Key fob entry system and good safety box so felt secure. Really good cleaning regime. Short walk to seven 11, beach and what I call the Moscow night market for obvious reasons. Nice swimming pool.

They need some umbrellas by the pool as it can get very hot there.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jomtien Beach Penthouses in the centre of Jomtien. Staff were amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. They are a huge asset to the complex and definitely made our stay. Our room was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Bed was comfortable too! Facilities are well maintained- good size swimming pool, gym, extensive library; and the location is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, baht buses, night markets etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term stay. It’s the perfect base to explore the area.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment, friendly staff, towels changed and apartment cleaned daily. Lots of English (and many other) language TV channels. Very nice swimming pool with pool towels provided. 2 minute walk to Jomtien Beach and shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Jomtien Night Market. 5 minute walk to the baht bus for the 10baht, 15 minute trip into Central Pattaya.

Sofa in living room probably makes a comfortable bed but not so good as a sofa. Doors to terrace from living room did not lock.

We loved the support we got from Big B in the office. She made our holiday special by telling us what was on in the area and how to get there! We also loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and snacks. The pool was lovely too as the sea was too rough for swimming

The location of the property was great. It was just a short walk to the night market. If we turned left into the laneway we could walk to a lovely coffee shop. Also the ‘bus’ to Pattaya left from the corner opposite the Twin towers hotel.

Wonderful location in Soi 9 between Jomtien beach and Jomtien Second Road, 3 minutes walk from the Wombat and Kiwi Bar, 7/11, pharmacy, and motorcycle rental; 5-7 minutes walk from Jomtien night market, 10-12 from Yai Mak Night Market. The Reception staff were great; very helpful, with good English. Off-street and under shelter parking for cars and motorbikes.

Maybe they could update the gym equipment a bit, and put depth indicators around the pool. Jomtien beach itself? A tad disappointing both aesthetically (long project roadworks), and for swimming but that is not the hotel's fault. Use the pool

The apartment was really lovely, so spacious. Beds very comfortable! Nice to have a double balcony running along two rooms. Lovely pool also and the block was quite quiet. Reception team were lovely, a bonus to get the apartment serviced daily, did not realise that was included. Location was perfect.

Small things, there could have been slightly better kitchen equipment - one frying pan and one normal pan. But it was just enough if you did want to cook. The hob light did not work but we didn't bother to report it.

We would definitely recommend this property we will be booking next year in March 2024 for a month's stay.. Safe security on all evening and reception open till 9 very helpful and Cleaning staff excellent the whole building and pool areas very well maintained we can't fault anything for our three week stay here

We couldn't find anything we didn't like

The location was ideal for our needs close to beach local cafes and bars . Ideal location to the night markets . travelling out reception would always one was secure and location to destination was known. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Security persons where always guarding the premises.
