The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the interior was very clean and well organized.

During my checkout, another patron, who interrupted my process, rudely threw her room cards onto the front desk from behind me and began berating the front desk personnel. The desk lady apologized all over herself, not really knowing any of the details. She was sweet, apologetic, and tried to calm the woman. The latter, I found unfortunate... the lack of assertiveness. In my view, it would be okay to encourage assertiveness in their training. It was sad and upsetting to me. For the price, this was a great hotel, and I will return to this location. Thanks!!!

Mike, the Front Desk Guy on checkin, was great to talk to and very efficient in his work. I reported some very minor problems to him and he got on it pretty quickly. Very impressed with cleanliness of my room and the furnishings, was nice and cool too, my dog loved it too. Noticed heavy police presence in the area, Dairy Queen next door and they like ice cream too. :) Have stayed at this hotel each year Labor Day Weekend and never felt unsafe ever. This town has always been known for their friendly people, very historic homes and buildings there, well taken care of, speaks highly of a city/town.

This was a Baymont Hotel before Clarion took it over, and the doors on each end, north and south, didn`t work real well, possibly an electrical connection in the keycard system...I would have thought when Clarion took over the building, they would have fixed or improved upon that problem, but they apparently did not, because each time I entered on the south side of the building, I had the same problem, entered the card like five times before it would give me a green light. A buddy of mine was entering the north side door and had the same problem. Security is a big thing, but so is convenience.

This is a good hotel option for Harrodsburg KY. Facility is older but the interior modernized and clean. Our room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience there. Staff friendly and helpful. A small but adequate workout room, basic breakfast offering but no pool, which was fine with us. A great value for the price and a hidden gem in comparison to other hotel offerings In Harrodsburg.

Breakfast was very, very good. eggs and sausage. Would have liked bananas. Good selection of all regular breakfast foods. Very clean and new looking. Reviews were good and we looked at that.

We were on second floor. No elevator. A little hard with luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us information on things we needed to find in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that the shower had a seat in it.

The window covering kept anyone from being able to see in. However, it did not block sunlight. They didn't have any drapes to pull over it, which meant I was awake earlier than I needed or wanted to be. Also, there's no elevator.

I did not have the breakfast but after check in, we discovered our room was in the second floor. I traveled with my handicapped mother that can’t walk up stairs. Once we notified the front desk, they were gracious enough to see if there were any other rooms even though they were booked. It just so happened they had one more room, which was handicap accessible. Awesome job to the front desk clerk, who happened to be newer.

The upgrades to the rooms and the hallways looked great. A lot nicer than the last time we stayed here 2 to 3 years ago. Great commissary in the Lobby.

For the price paid I feel the breakfast should have been of a higher quality.

No elevator. Concern for those who are handicap. We had our 92 yr old father scheduled to be there in the suite. He would have not been able to get up the stairs.

Shower head in room 108 probably should be replaced. Left side of bed could use a small night stand and electric receptacle for phone charging.

Went to the area to look at RV's. This was a good, close place to stay and the price was good. Room was clean. They were doing some remodeling, so had to overlook a few things. Clean place to sleep was the main thing and it met that.

There was no soap, none! Front desk lady did finally find a bar in an empty room after looking in a few empty rooms. Was very grateful for that! Again, they are remodeling, and the place is changing to Clarion Pointe. Queen mattress was VERY uncomfortable and noisy, like the insides were broke. Curtain valance was half off the ceiling and wall and barely hanging on. Sheer curtains were in shreds, where they were dry rotted. Figured these things just hadn't been upgraded yet.
