beautiful location, far from the city. SPA was good, room was comfortable with all necessary, breakfast was various enough, parking is large and restaurant is apart from main accommodation building

some renewals for furniture and smart TV would improve the rating

The resort was exceptional! The room was always clean and pleasing, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was versatile and served in a pleasantly decorated area. The different facilities (e.g: a gym, a pool, shallow water pool for kids, wet and dry saunas, a jacuzzi, table games like table football, table tennis and 8-ball) gave us a lot of options to enjoy and relax. The outdoor facilities were very pleasant with numerous shaded spots and a kids attractions. The place provides all your needs to relax without leaving the hotel. you can also do a nice quite walk in the forest nearby, leading to a clean and tasty water spring.

The bathrooms were a bit small. but besides that nothing was bad or unpleasing.

We already had two stays here, and for sure we will come back soon. The place and the facilities its perfect for family with children's. Please do not take in consideration the bad reviews 😀

The property is very nice, close to the forest. The room was big, and the bed quite comfortable.

The breakfast is quite late ( we were on the 4th floor and scheduled for breakfast starting from 9:15 am ) and the spa open only at 10 so if you are an early bird it is quite difficult to manage your schedule to visit the surrounding areas before 10-10:30 am. The pool smelled too much as chlorine, and the water was not clean…

Peaceful location near the mountains that offers a variety of possibilities. Whether you want to go skiing, take long walks in the forest or just relax at the spa, this is the place to be. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, both at the hotel and the restaurant. Food is great! I really recommend the soups! Some of the best i’ve had in a long time.

Although there’s always room for improvement everywhere, i would say that this place is pretty close to perfection just that way it is.

Excellent location close to the city. Quiet place and closed resort. Huge room. The spa center was not overcrowded, we used all its services. Rich breakfast, other dishes on the menu are good.

There is a whirlpool in the room, but it does not work. In the reservation, I had listed a room with a balcony, but the room did not have a balcony (we wanted one because my friend is a smoker). Other things in absolute order.

Exceptional spa with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. Opened 10-22 for free. Very good breakfast. Spacious hall available for games, work etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

Superb all round. Very nice food and very affordable. The rooms were warm and clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and spa was also clean and easy to use and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The spa is the most nice thing about Qresort - nice pool, jacuzzi, kid pool. Parking aplenty. Clean. Furniture a little long in the tooth. Confortable beds and pillows. Old -ish TVs. Decent wireless internet. Restaurant access from outside, could be a bit inconvenient depending on weather. Kids playground installations - check. Warm rooms. Restaurant a bit pricey, decent food (I liked pizza the best). Friendly staff. Business meetings friendly (meeting rooms etc)

The room had a large and comfortable bed. The pool and saunas were nice. The garden area was beautiful. The area were the hotel was in was nice and quiet.

Pool and jacuzzi had a bit too much chlorine in the water which made it rough on the eyes.
