The rooms are very neat ,and most of the stuff are really friendly and professional expecially the kitchen stuff and Noluthando or Luthando was exceptional and the manager or supervisor who was on duty on Wednesday dinner time, she's a tall lady I just forgot her name,can't say the same as the food, I didn't enjoy it ,it wasn't tasty even the lambs chops that I ordered on room service thinking that it was gonna be better than the food by the dinning hall,it was bad and cold ,infact their food is cold even their breakfast except for the eggs,on and there's this particular lady from the reception who called me on my last day of my vacation and told me that I need to check out and I informed her that my flight was in the afternoon ,she told me that she will to charge me per hour and she very impolite,I was then called by a gentleman who told me that it's ohk he will give me up until 12:30 ,that girl really spoiled my day, then there's the Casino,I played everyday since I arrived,but I was going back to my room empty handed.no win up until my last day on Saturday,it's difficult to get a free play and if you get it luckily...it will not pay😄 either than that I really enjoyed my stay,I felt very safe in my room and the room was up to standard and very neat wish the was a heater and that the cleaning ladies can lower down the noise in the corridor as some of us are still sleeping in the mornings,thank you for accommodating me in the Eastern Cape

The breakfast buffet was very tasty with a good amount of food to choose from. The double beds and pillows were also very soft and comfortable.

In my room there were leaks from the showers while using them, water would get onto the floor around the bathroom. This is because the shower door did not seal properly.

Room ambiance, proximity to shopping center, friendly staff

Service at the restaurant tends to be slow. However, there were stars who went out of their way to ensure comfort. Top of my mind is Sibongile at the Front Desk/Reception, Damien who appeared to be an all rounder and Ntombekhaya at the restaurant.

I wish you can have a variety. Almost all the hotels serve the same food. Sometimes it can be boring.

The couch in our room is torn! Please try to balance everything. Your hotel is an upmarket accommodation, one doesn't expect to see old unkempt furniture. The bath didn't have a bath stopper!🫣🫣

Everything about Hemmingways hotel, it is sooo beautiful 😍 and the service out of this world.....we had a great experience

One of waiters that were serving at the restaurant us have a bad attitude ,but it won't change the fact that we enjoyed staying in Hemmingways hotel....people are different I understand

Staff were very friendly and accommodating for any requests. Food overall was very good. Venue chosen for its convenient location

The service entrance / exit at the the mall entrance can be a bit more quiet.

It is a great place staff welcoming from the reception and the rooms are very clean

I couldn't use bath tub because of the water sealer has been removed and the delay when you request for something was too much

Our bathroom had an awful sewer like smell and the bathtub did not have a stopper and I had to buy my own. The WiFi connectivity was so poor

Excellent.

The waitress did not attend me while I was asking for the sit in the kitchen. I was the first person to be attended. She just attended her friends and leave me miserable.

Everything was perfect from the reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and the rooms definitely going back
