Highly recommended place , i chose Prime for a medical stay to relax after my surgery and they were just amazing ! since my arrival they made the process very easy for me and they let me in my apart right away , they were all the time asking if i need anything and they have been very responsive for all my requests on time . This residence is absolutely 5 star. The quality of the finish in the furniture and the features throughout the property are excellent. Every aspect was clean modern and practical. I would absolutely 💯 percent recommend a stay here. The staff are also extremely friendly and only too happy to assist and be of service. My only regret was I could only stay 2 nights. Next time I will ensure I stay much longer.

The apartment was super beautiful and clean , the bathrooms and kitchen were super clean also. The decoration of the apartment made the experience so nice. The staff were helpfull and nice all the time. I liked having the good internet connection and the smart TV.

I did not like not having enough supplies in the apartment , it is provided only once for free (which was two tissues and two waters) after that you are charged for these things. Another thing , the electricity broke three times in one day but didn't in the other day to be honest. P.s , The electricity breaks every day for one hour.

The check in procedure was easy and fast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. It had a small kitchen with all necessary cutlery and crockery. It is very close to ZED Football Club, which was the reason why we went there.

It was next door to a mosque, so we were woken every time there was a call to prayer.

Great stayed at this residence. Perfectly room More than expectation,comfy bed,cleanliness. Great service from all staffs and special thanks to Mr.Arbhato for your great hospitality. Definitely will Come back again.

Everything was great the studio has all what could be needed. location is the big deal so close to restaurants, shops and gyms, walikng areas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff were great, Abdel Aziz was always one text or call away, fast checkin and out extremely helpful. Waleed helped a lot with cleaning our kids mess in the rooms and luggages when requested. Great service and clean rooms. Only thing was a noisy AC only in one room out of 3 room we've booked but everything else was perfect we will definitely be back again. Thanks Abdel Aziz and staff
