Perfect location. Very clean, updated and SAFE. I traveled alone with my three girls, and I felt safe there. Shopping centers near by, plenty of food options, close to the intestate. We was there for my nieces graduation and it was a straight shot to and from Silverton. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping came in everyday to fix bed and dump trash, which was nice. I will definitely be staying here again if we do make the trip back to Oregon.

Only thing I didn't like and it's not a deal breaker was the ice machines were not on every floor (not the floor I was on) and there was only one washer and one dryer on the first floor. Most hotels have them on each floor. But again, not a deal breaker. Just a little inconvenient, as we stayed there 5 days and wanted clean clothes before we left.

We got in late after a very long drive and were really excited to get into the hot tub. The lady who checked us in was super nice, thoughtful and made sure we had a relaxing time even though we only had 15 minutes till the hot tub closed. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. We slept past the breakfast so we didn’t try that unfortunately, but we had our own bread with us and the staff let us use the toaster which was great. We also liked that they had soy milk as we don’t drink cows milk. They had ice water with citrus in the lobby at all times which was so refreshing. The gal who helped us check out was super nice and friendly as well. We also appreciated that they had the large pumps in the shower as we prefer those over the tiny shampoo/conditioners. The price was great. Overall it was a great stay.

My only complaint would be that we were bummed that the breakfast ended at 9 and we missed it. It would be nice if breakfast was till 10 every day of the week. However the staff made up for that and helped us to have a good breakfast regardless by letting us use the toaster, offering us fruit, and having coffee available all day.

Love the hot tub. The room with King bed separated by a half-wall to a hideaway bed was a fabulous setup for my husband, me, and our teenage daughter. Great space and outlets for me to work at the desk. Cindy in the breakfast service was fabulous at keeping everything stocked up and letting folks know when something was going to be coming out.

Hot tub could be hotter. There was no plain-water option at breakfast. My husband can't have citrus, and the only water had lemon in it. We had to request linens for the hideaway bed and go get them even though we had booked the room for three people; there were no extra linens or pillows in the room.

Room was spacious and comfortable although had a small wardrobe. Had all the requirements to be comfortable for a longer stay. The front desk staff were always so very helpful and keen to assist. The location was amazing - next to supermarkets restaurants, pubs etc. all at a lovely walk away. Ample parking space at no cost.

The bathroom was not properly set up when we checked in and was only set-up on the second day but housekeeping did a good job. The structure is not sound proof. One can easily hear the neighbors s especially those on top who decide to run a marathon at night stumping feet. Fridge also made loud noise which i had to switch off. Breakfast was ok nothing grand. Some furniture needs to be modified or replaces and the shower would have been great to have better water pressure.

Room configuration, pool and over all location. The staff was super responsive and accommodating.

There were a few misses. One of our rooms bath leaked water, although reception responded right away although it was at mid night and changed our room, upgraded to a slightly better one, so that was great experience even when things went a bit south. The breakfast slip actually said fri-sun 7 - 10 am. We went at 9 30 and it took some time to get them to see it was a mistake. But then they opened it for us and served what was available. Still good attitude/ customer service although it took me some time and showing the actual printed slip given by reception with Fri 7 -10 am for breakfast printed on it. All in all good good hospitable attitude of the entire staff.

The breakfast was much better than your standard continental breakfast that is usually served at this level of hotel. There was also a small bar for a night cap if so desired that was a pleasant surprise. I also booked the room on the fly so to speak but when I got there the manager gave me a nicer room than I expected considering it was last minute and late at night.

I can't think of anything I would have done differently. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.

Great Shower, comfy bed, staff very friendly and courteous, good breakfast, nice location.

Loud banging door at 2am (seemed like it must have been an exterior door. I was above the front entrance to the lobby so not sure what door was banging). The banging woke me up and it was also so strong that it was shaking my bedside table. Also, because we were the last to check in (flight delay) and the hotel was sold-out, I got a room next to the elevator which had loud guests going up and down all night. Not the hotel's fault, but just an annoyance. Luckily, I had a pair of earplugs with me that I used the second night. Also, pillows were a little *too fluffy* for me! :) I know that's a very small thing, but I was tossing and turning trying to get comfortable.

Beds were comfy. Very nice looking updates to room's. Pool and hot tub are always nice to have available. Great selection for Continental Breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely stay again!

The hard closing of doors and people with young children running up and down the hallways while trying to sleep, but not the hotel's fault. Other than changing how hard the doors slam.

Nice facility and clean, comfortable rooms.

When we came down for breakfast, there was no hot food left, no forks, and no one (staff) to be found. I went to the front desk and eventually got someone to come out from a back office area. He found a kitchen staff person who refilled things, but she practically scowled at us and was very surly. On the positive side, the checkin staff when we first arrived was fabulous

Hot breakfast; good variety; area was clean. Beds were comfy; mattress was in good condition; pillows were good. Room was clean. Neighborhood was great!

Bathroom was rather small. Heat/ air conditioner did the on/off noisy bit that older units do. Had to wear earplugs and had to keep readjusting the amount of bedcovers during the night.
