I liked that it’s very well kept, clean and has security 24 hours in an enclosed lot that only guests staying there can enter. The restaurant is conveniently close to the hotel just had to walk a little. I enjoyed food and drinks there and the service was great! I liked that they had a deal to buy breakfast for 120 pesos per day at the restaurant which was really a good deal (only $6.00 U.S. dollars). You can’t beat green chilaquiles, fresh fruit, coffee or juice for that price in the U.S.A. Loved the restaurant!

I got into a room that had the king size bed but the bed was extremely hard and woke up with a sore back. Luckily I was moved to another room with double beds and slept fine afterwards. I thought the pool was bigger because it looked bigger on the photos. It was a nice pool but couldn’t enjoy because there were too many kids during my stay.

A beautiful hotel for a stay in delightful Durango. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had a window that opened (something important for me) that looked out to a beautiful garden with flowers and green grass. The bathroom had lots of counter space and a shower with plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels changed everyday. Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff were amazing and efficient. The outdoor pool is heated and was wonderfully relaxing. Plenty of parking. Note that the entrance is on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not where google maps shows it to be.

I am very sensitive to scents, and there was a very strong air freshner in the hall outside our room.

Hotel Victoria is very private. They have a guards 24hr a day. It’s very clean and the staff is very nice. The bistro was delicious and delivers to the room. The pool is covered and it’s heated which my kids loved!

My room key was not working properly and the elevator did not work so I walk to my room and walk back downstairs to let the staff know my key was not working. It seemed like a hassle but other than that the Hotel is amazing and beautiful.

The food at the Bistro Garden was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Parking was safe and easy. Taxi into the old town was around $6.00 US.

The food at the Bistro Garden was very good, but the evening ambiance was somewhat depleted by extremely loud TV soccer games and simultaneous techno music. Breakfast was quieter and the food good but a limited menu if you buy through the hotel.

Hot water from the shower just comes right out, which was very nice They lent us a couple of rackets and balls to play tennis and the hot tub was ok and working The restaurant, even though is outside the hotel, is very nice and tasty

TV is a bit outdated and we couldn't use our Netflix. I'm not used to watching movies in cable TV anymore... can't pause them or watch them from the start, no subtitles available The tennis court is not greatly maintained A yellow hot tub i don't think is the best colour choice, but this is just a suggestion

I always stay there as it is a quiet, well kept, safe, secure parking with 24hr security guard. Great restaurant in the premises.

Removed from city center but doesn’t really bother me.

The Garden Bistro Restaurant is on the property in a separate building. The food is quite good and environment is very pleasant. The hotel itself is well maintained, the staff is friend;y and the room was comfortable.

Clean and comfortable.

We've stayed here four times a year for 6 or more years. This morning, we were told at the front desk that our room did NOT include breakfast. No explanation. What's with that? Is it because we are a Booking Reservation?

Pool was heated and great. Close to shopping centre. Staff were very helpful even though most of them don't really speak English

The best hotel I have stayed in during my month long Moto trip through Mexico. Amazing design, service, gated entrance with 24 hour guard, spacious clean room, beautiful design.
