Our room was extremely spacious and well fitted out with everything we needed. The staff member who was present at breakfast was extremely friendly, helpful and an absolute asset to the hotel…unfortunately we failed to ask her name.

The walls of our room, combined with the adjoining door to the room next door, had absolutely no sound proofing so that we could hear absolutely everything that was said (on the first evening a group of three or four gentlemen spoke non-stop at the top of their voices for a period of about three hours and only stopped when they settled down to sleep) and could follow every step of some (what should be)very private bedroom activities in the next door room on our third evening. We were awakened at about 2.30 a.m. on our second night by the couple next door having a very loud argument.

huge room with high ceilings. I think they upgraded me to largest room with a king bed. better than average hotel breakfast.

Very clean, new looking and modern for a Best Western. Right on Main street so everything is within walking distance. Bonus was the "dive bar" next door. Full of friendly locals and good food. Also very pet friendly (bar and motel).

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. We usually travel with our own pillows so this was on us.

I thought the breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of offerings. I loved the fresh fruit compote and the toppings for the yogurt. coffee was great. I really liked that the motel provided a TV card listing the channels and a remote tv control that is easy to use. The sound reducing components to the room was very welcomed as i did not hear other room doors close.

I did not like that the Booking.com price was not honored upon check in. I understand adding the pet fee to the cost. But the room rate exceeded Booking. Com's price of $638.59. this included a 15% tax. I was quoted by two motel employees that my stay would cost a total of 811.00. I think it is ridiculous to allow the state, county and city to charge an occupancy tax per day on a pet. While Best Western states it is pet friendly, it really isn't when they charge extra every day plus taxes on an expensive overpriced room. The dog potty area is insufficient in size.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The rooms and common areas were very clean. It has a quiet atmosphere when you get to your room.

I didn't care for the long table in the breakfast area. I prefer the smaller tables. They had a few which were already occupied.

Breakfast was very basic with no variety and too much non recyclable utensils and cups etc. We paid for a superior room with balcony but the balconies were closed off due to Council non compliance

The staff was all wonderful and friendly. The cleaning staff on duty were very pleasant and helpful especially the young man cleaning floors. Lovely place.

I would have given this a perfect rating but, I personally DO NOT care for the open setup of the bathroom area. I was glad I was not traveling with any of my grandkids as this would have proved difficult.

Sheets were worn out, no elastic left in the fitted sheet and the comforter/cover had visible stains on it. I removed it and used towels instead. Shampoo and Conditioner were very difficult to get out of containers.

Breakfast was good, no complaints. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was very glad that they gave me a room close to the eating area and the bar area. I didn’t have to go to a top floor.

The shower should have a complete glass sliding door not just half a glass. The toilet needs a privacy door. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, had to ask for another roll which should have been in the room before our arrival.

Great location and value for money. Lovely big room.

The hotel wasn’t full at all, but all the guests were put in rooms next to each other. We had a really noisy neighbour (you can hear everything due to the adjoining door) which could have easily been avoided.
