Warm reception & fast check-in. At check-in, staff kindly adjusted my reservation to accommodate me for an additional night due to unexpected circumstances. All staff members greeted me with a smile, consistently asked how my stay is going, & if I needed anything. Great tasting breakfast with a generous choice of menu items. Mrs Tatnes extreme efforts running the breakfast bar are commendable! This hotel staff truly cares about your experience & comfort. Very clean & comfortable environment throughout the entire building.

Rates not competitive with others around, after I booked I found others with lower rates and my brother staying there had lower rates as well

Everything was so smooth and easy. This stay was for me and my coworkers (work related). I’m actually going to book another night bc the work trip got extended!

Shower curtain rod was broken - closet knob really loose (306) Shower curtain rod was fixed as soon as I told the front desk.

Extra friendly desk receptionist upon arrival. Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfy bed. Shower worked very well.

We loved absolutely everything during our stay.

Breakfast was great, well stocked and restocked. Location perfect as we were visiting family. Comfortable bed.

I think the cost was too high. Other places in the area were lower for same or similar accommodations. We stay here for proximity to family. I also wasn't told if you had a senior discount.

Breakfast was good and location was convenient to the interstate. Also enjoyed the pool.
