It was well lit outside and secure. It was very very clean and spacious. Kept well up to date.

My one and only complaint: prior to check in I asked for late checkout. The request was granted. I was told I could leave as late as 1:30pm. However, at noon a rude staffer knocked on the door to find out why I hadn’t left at the 11:30a checkout time. I said that I’d been given late checkout. She said she didn’t show that in her records. I showed her where it had been granted to me and she said ‘mmm hmm’ and walked off. I didn’t appreciate that at all.

Easily accessed from multiple directions. Great atmosphere. Great access to…shopping, leisure strolls, and although the dining facilities at the hotel are very nice, there’s a nice variety of food options nearby. Loved the lighted magnifying makeup mirror.

I should have asked at check in, but I had to call the desk for Wi-Fi password.

First the value for such a great hotel. We booked day of so I'm hoping we will get same value the next time we stay at a Hilton hotel. And we must not forget the cookies !!

Can't really think of anything, we did stay 2 nights and expected our room to be cleaned the second day while we were out but it wasn't.

The rooms are big, clean, and well-appointed. This is the kind of place you will never regret staying at and will probably end up a repeat customer.

I booked through a 3rd part site, and the front desk couldn't change my room type.

Very nice, modern, hotel with excellent bedroom and great facilities including pool and gym. Lot's of business visitors, so pool was very quiet. A few restaurants available within walking distance of the hotel. All in all a great venue.

Breakfast was included in our price but was restricted to reduced menu, but was still more than sufficient, so just a minor gripe.

Hotel was really nice. Mattresses could have been better. Our beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were flat but otherwise - hotel was nice, service was excellent and it was very clean.

The view from our room, nothing but roof. Advance reservation for two day stay should have had a better view....

Very beautiful property. All facilities were closed due to it being New Years Day. Has a cabin feel to it in the lobby area.

Pillows. Could not get comfortable and ended up giving up on sleep and left super early.
