Location and the personnel, specially Ms Cataño at Breakfast was so kind, nice and helpful!!!

I did not like that the shower , it had no real pressure , it was like bathing by installments. In a nice settings and with very kind personnel , why to alienate clients with a poor , dripping shower? One of the most important aspects of renting s place is the quality and pressure of the shower.

I liked the location and the room was decent for me and my sister to stay for the night. I liked how there was free breakfast included and the parking was free.

I just didn’t enjoy the led light strips above the bed. That made the room too bright at night.

Rooms were comfortable although impossible to really close the blinds completely to avoid the street light (BTW huge light). So, not possible to have complete darkness in the room. The rest was great. Check-in and check-out were fast. Hotel is easily located off a major road. Rooms were clean.

Better blinds or curtains for the room to be able to enjoy darkness in the room. I wished breakfast was free... When asking them for a legal receipt they said that booking is responsible for that. When asking Booking.com, they said the hotel is responsible for it. Since I don't know who of the two is right I didn't take this into consideration for the general opinion.

Very comfortable room and bed.

the breakfast was very pricey for what you got, so we did not eat there. Also there wasn't even complementary coffee down stairs in lobby area. There was a Kurdish in the room.

That the TV was not programmed and the maintance person was not able to fix. He did however offer us a different room

No shuttle service, noise from guess above me. Breakfast wasn't the greatest for price

The people were very helpful, sociable, and courteous since I had a cell phone problem and couldn't do anything on my own. I always like having coffee, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool added relaxation to a wonderful stay. I felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Since I'm not a night person, I wish breakfast was served a little longer.

CLean, neat, nice, FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. Provided free breakfast when bathtub shower wouldn't work.

Pillows were a little hard, uncomfortable.

bathroom shower Didn’t drain fast enough, I was standing in water and even after I showered the water remained in the tub a good while, also towels were old, and one of them was stained. they took dirty towels but didn’t replace them.

The room was a good size and spacious.

I didn’t get to try the breakfast or the restaurant but it was because we missed the hours with prior plans.
