The room was very nice the hotel was very clean and welcoming. I like how they had complementary coffee and juices all day long. Even though I couldn’t drink anything due to my procedure my husband and daughter could. I love how they had a list of places to eat of all varieties, made it so easy for my husband. The location was wonderful, for it was only 5 minutes from the surgical facility. Overall the hotel was great as so was the staff. Will use again when I come back for my follow up appointments.

I loved everything overall. One thing I will recommend is ask housekeeping to please check the alarm clocks to off and front desk to make sure they don’t have a wake up call by mistake for your room.

Breakfast, coffee; front desk clerk was friendly. Except for the musty smelling room the hotel was clean and well maintained.

Tried to put us in a king room that smelled musty when I had reserved a double queen. Had a fold out for person #2. Claimed other employee had changed our reservation and said the hotel was full. I got them to move us to a room we had reserved and whoever came later got the smelly king. One of us got a cold shower in the morning.

A clean place with a nice breakfast area and the front desk host, Kathleen was wonderful to talk to and request a room change. And the staff that served breakfast were wonderful and always had a smile!

After being told the pool was open, it was indeed in need of maintenance as there was green algae and junk down around the bottom drain. And despite the front desk’s best effort to place us away from the highway side of the hotel, I was still able to hear a lot of the traffic at night.

The bed was ok and the help was also good. My story is I thought I wasn't going to have iron clothes but the front attendant helped me with a new Iron. And I like that. Guest always come first. Thank you for all you do.

My room needed a recheck. The carpet needed another vacuum and I stepped on a bottle cap. I didn't have drinks with me. Over all it was still a good stay..

The room and property was very clean. I especiallly like that the bathroom had great lighting so apply make-up was easy. Nice shower. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I like that you have the yogurt machine. It's very good. The eggs and sausage were good. I liked the brewed coffee and that it was available 24/7.

Most of the breakfast was good, but the orange juice was not...didn't really take like orange juice.

Good room size. I did not hear any highway sounds and hotel was quiet by the elevator. Breakfast had plenty of eggs, sausage, oatmeal and other food also.

The pressure on the shower was a bit low possibly due to a different shower head in the handicap access room. Also the beds are a bit firm. Pillows seemed chunky so I'm glad I brought mine.

Excellent location, useful to have breakfast. Spacious rooms.

Plastic cutlery and paper plates in the breakfast room. Could do with a revamp- new paint etc.

The check in staff was great, both ladies were very nice and helpful. The check out staff seem to be unhappy to be there. It was a very clean place.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud & a tile on the floor of the bathroom was very loose. A bit tricky to pull into the parking lot.

It was well kept clean

Our room smelled like water or mold starting because there was a patch of drywall that fell onto my girlfriend’s face while she was showering from the ceiling leaking above the shower !

Breakfast was good.

The elevator was out of order and since we are in our mid seventies we were unable to use the only available handicap room since it was on the second floor. It’s in a very good location.
