The room was very comfortable (the beds were clean and cozy) and the location is convenient to downtown.

he only recommendation we have is that the floor in the room be mopped, as it was a little dirty, considering the rest of the room was so clean and comfortable. Also, the pillows on the beds could be replaced.

Room was clean and had a nice table and chairs you could sit at. Bed was very comfortable and best of all when you turn lights off the ceiling turns into a starry night, it’s the coolest thing ever.

Some things need replacing, like the shower curtain old and stained and part of the ceiling was pealing off probably due to the problem area was over the air condition. We had to ask for wash cloths, there was a coffee maker with all accessories but no coffee cups to make coffee. They need a check off list to go by to make sure the room is stocked before the next guest comes in.

I liked my stay at River Oak Inn. The staff was great, they helped me with the WiFi, since I'm such a klutz. The place is centrally located plus, there's a cozy little restaurant in the back of the parking lot (Brick's River Cafe) next to the Medina River. All I had to do was walk out the door of my room and I was pretty much at Brick's. So convenient.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I was pleased with the facility.

Stayed here and really enjoyed it. Roomy, clean and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly when making reservation and check-in.

Convenience of the location and the fact it's an old style motel...You back your car right to the door of your room. Bricks River Cafe restaurant directly behind the motel has outstanding food.

The deadbolt on the door wouldn't engage the striker plate and the little chain security on the door was broken. I brought this to the attention of staff but it wasn't fixed during our 5 night stay.

a group of people were staring at me the entire time i pulled up, parked, came in and out of the office building, and drove to my room, i literally was just praying the entire time that my room wouldnt be next to theirs

had breakfast, had a omelette not to good and $19.50 seemed overpriced

no hand soap in room, asked for hand soap and the manager told the maid service and all they had was body wash. I’d think soap is soap should be in the bathroom to wash your hands

Rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating, we requested quiet room, late checkout which was taken care of. The bed is very comfortable and seems the motel was renovated recently so the ambience is what we loved the most. Definitely recommended to the travelers visiting Bandera.

The staff were great at the hotel and the restaurant. The hotel was quiet. Was one of the cheapest rates. The bed was extremely comfy. The tv was huge and awesome.

The bathroom door and mirror were not clean. The door had a huge gap when closed. The property needed to be weeded, was in need of trimming. The room needed a thorough cleaning, doors, trim, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the motel because it is close to 11th Street and allowed us to arrive on time at the event. Both the staff and the accommodations were excellent. We could park the bike outside our room and view it from the window, which was a plus. It's great in the newly remodeled rooms. I've already reserved a room in advance at the motel for the biker's weekend.
