The location, food & staff

Kids were running & screaming up and down the corridors up to 11.30am. We were travelling with a toddler & 5 yr old and they were constantly disturbed by the noise.

Very pleasant relaxed atmosphere at this hotel. Bedrooms very nicely decorated. Public seating area bright and comfortable. Food very well presented and good value.

Unfortunately the lift was not working. We were given a room on first floor which helped. The hotel did notify us about the lift before our stay.

The room was very comfortable and the beds were great. The bathroom was big with a strong shower. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very efficient.

The bathroom door was difficult to open after locking.

Quality food, tasty and fresh ingredients. Attentive staff with great local knowledge and advice for sightseeing. Live music a bonus, and relaxed atmosphere in bar/lobby area

Location with views of the lagoon, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Hotel is very comfortable and the food was lovely.

Door at the end of the corridor makes a loud noise with people coming through but it wasn't terribly disturbing.

The hotel was in a beautiful location. It was such a quiet hotel to stay in which I loved , the interior of the rooms with the map built into the desk and lockers was very nice ,the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows , the staff were all really nice , the leisure center although a bit dated had everything you needed and it was very quiet . Village and beach both within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price . I had asked for an earlier check in and they accommodated it no problem. They are very eco friendly and didn't provide any unnecessary plastic like shower hats and small soaps instead there is a hand soap /body wash on the wall in a reusable bottle . I would 100% stay here again

The TV was very limited on channels and didn't have any options to cast a streaming service from your phone , when I took a shower the bathroom floor flooded because I think there was a broken seal in the bath and it flooded the floor so I had to use all the towels to try and dry it , view of the graveyard isn't isnt the nicest view but these things wouldn't put me off staying here again

It was warm there, which was extremely important for me. The food in the restaurant was so delicious!

as I was travelling alone, when seated for dinner, I was put with my back to the open door near a pillar. there were larger tables, also set for 2 against the windows with the amazing view but i wasnt offered any of those. The waitress asked if I was in a draft and if I'd like to move, but then put me in the back, in the dark and beside the toilet. I would have loved to look out at the view, I would not have been taking up a table set for more than 2, and the small table I was put at was also set for two.

A friendly word from the staff would have been nice! No welcome ar reception.The young man had his head lowered every time we passed.The waiting staff while may have been busy didnt engage with guests ,apart from serving them.We didnt get a Ross welcome,and I know that is since I am a native.Small things make a difference!
