Nice staff. Good breakfast. Close to the city center. In general everything was good.

The welcome was a bit disappointing: We came with some heavy and unwieldy luggage and the staff was only watching instead of helping us climbing the stairs to the entrance hall. Also the first words at check in were not "Welcome" or "Hello" but "May I see your passports". The windows do not close conpletely so it was a bit noisy in the evening when music played on the pier opposite.

The breakfast was ok and pleasantly served. You could sit inside or on a lovely terrace. Location was pretty central. De Luxe Room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view over the city.

There were no real downsides. There was a very minor irritation with a lighting fault in the room which made part of the room rather dark. My wife, who is a native Thai, pleasantly asked at reception if it could be checked/repaired, but received very short shrift for no reason.

A very good location near to the centre and the train station, and a comfy and clean room which we found to be very price worthy. Off topic but the young guy at the breakfast should apply to modelling agencies!

It is a bit loud, especially when there's events in the city. Luckily this stopped around 22:00. Also, the silicone in the bathroom could do with an improvement... small details.. but it would increase the perception of cleaniness.

Lovely big, clean room with a view of the river. Great breakfast. The location is good and there are a couple of decent restaurants close by.

No power sockets next to the bed. If you want to charge electricals you need to put the desk light on. Very strange. The shower changes temperature from cold to scolding mid-way through the shower. Not safe for children.

Very nice hotel. We booked a junior suite which is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is a big sofa and a table with chairs. There is a fridge and a safe in the room. Water, coffee and tea is complementary and provided daily. The rooms are very clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast has a big offer if Thai food. Egg dishes are cooked freshly. Parking is for free. I can recommend the hotel.

View from the seventh floor King Room was great. Staff provided excellent service with a smile, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. A short walk across the river to the train station and Saturday night market.

Shower temp control handle protruded into the space, making it difficult to shower without inadvertently bumping the handle and potentially burning myself. I took extra care once I realized this, but still did it twice more, accidentally.

The location was beside a river and new year fireworks was very close and enjoyed watching it through the room view.

The shower was head was too slow and asked to fix it and nothing happened. As stated by hotel staff, water pressure is as it is!!! Literally the flow was too slow at 5th floor room.

Great location with a view over the river towards Wat Yai. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Would benefit from onsite dining in the evening
