Very nice apartment, very clean, comfortable bed. Apartment on 3rd floor, very secure but ensure you follow instructions about codes, will take 3 codes to get you to your apartment, one definitely feels safe and secure. Had an issue with the underground garage parking, did not realize you had to tell apartment managers (via e-mail or in-person or phone) that you planned to park in garage. Parked on street first night (no parking ticket required/free from 1600 to 0800) and very nice apartment manager knocked on my door at 835am next mornning with garage gate opener, smile and a apology (kudos on her). Lots of room to park in garage, very nice.

This is probably one of the best quality places I’ve stayed at for this price range, in regards to cleanliness and modernity. After booking the place I got a phone call and the lady spoke to me in Turkish (probably because my phone number linked here is so). She confirmed the booking with me, explained the check-in process, and answered my questions. In my opinion, this gesture of aiming for clear communication shows how this company goes beyond what is normally expected from a booking. Thank you. I stayed in a single room; very modern and very comfortable. Everything was clean and in place upon my arrival. There was soap and shampoo/gel, clean bathroom, towels, bedsheets, and also a little welcome gift or two :) Would definitely stay again

The only thing was that I prefer more water pressure for rinsing my hair, but I believe this amount of water pressure is standard in the area. (It was definitely enough pressure for a decent shower experience, I just prefer more)

Awesome apartment! Fully equipped with all of the amenities that we needed. Great location. Walking distance to mall and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Nice balcony. Would stay here again!

(1) Facility requires tenants to throw away their own trash. (2) Location for throwing away trash involved descending into an isolated area in the basement (a bit spooky for my sister).

Everything is great. The room, the kitchenware, the parking, the service - all were superb. Their motto is "Your first choice for your second home", which is absolutely true. Attention to details is astonishing. We had everything we need for a five nights stay. We booked two rooms and they were adjacent to each other. The location is very convinient.

The bed was quite narrow. The Wi-Fi was quite slow. Apart from that, everything else was beyond our expectations.

I booked the room for my mother, and she enjoyed her stay. She said the room was comfortable and had everything she needed for a long or short stay. From my perspective, the location is excellent, in front of the train station and close to Mercaden (the shopping center).

Nothing to add here. She enjoyed everything and had no negative aspect to highlight.

That is one of the best places I have stayed! New building, modern approach -- no keys to lose, you need to remember a 4-digit open door code for comfortable everyday living. Cozy kitchen, coffee machine with 5 capsules, amazing balcony, awesome location -- 3 min walk to S-Bahn and 15 min to the Stuttgart center, green neighborhood, very clean and organized. They indeed exceeded my expectations! The apartment is small but functional, clean big shower, AC (but I did not use it actually), full blackout window shatters.

Before arrival communication required some effort from my side (also probably due to my phone number being non-German), but it was really minor thing.

Room was very clean, very easy check in, wonderful costumer device, bed was comfortable. Kitchenette in room and parking garage on location was a convenient bonus.

There was no air conditioning, which is typical but still a little unexpected. However, a fan was provided and the door and Rolladen allowed for nice air flow.

Good and friendly communication, easy entry via access code and easy check-out. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. I was especially surprised how well the Kitchen was equipped, and the small balcony was an unexpected plus. Location was convenient and parking was easy.
