The bed was very comfortable and everything is quite fresh and clean. The shower was a bit clogged and they fixed within hours after my message. Sufficient equipment and comfort, but no AC.

I was planning to arrive late and the online check-in wasn’t working for me, then the on-site check-in after reception hours was confusing. I gave feedback already to the company, as both the process and information given could be simplified. Then, not having AC nor fan, meant sleeping with windows a bit open, but every morning between 5:30 and 6:30 the supply trucks from the supermarket underneath would wake me up with noises. There was no service to replace towels, dirty mugs, coffee or do the bed during my stay, but I guess this was my fault for not reading all the fine print carefully. The design is a matter of taste, but to me it was too simple, not minimalist or industrial loft-ish, just simple, almost cheap, and impersonal.

The property was clean, functional and modern. The bathroom is fine and clean- I don’t understand people saying it is small- it is fine for what it is used (toilet/shower/sink) Igor on reception was great- helpful, professional and down to earth/friendly.

As others have said, it is a warm building and if the temp outside is hot- it was 30deg. When I was there- there is no way to cool down (having the windows open didn’t make any difference and at night it would be noisy and potentially risky to leave them open as there is a flat roof outside). For some people who prefer to be warm this would not be an issue and it is mentioned in enough reviews that I was aware and EVEN though I prefer to be cool I booked it anyway and it was not a big deal for me despite high temps outside, but it is just a point of mention for others. The pillows were crazy soft, it seems like such a minor thing to mention but there were 4 big pillows and it was so hard to get comfy with any combination 😂

It was clean, comfortable and big closets and beds were good.

Shower didn’t drain properly. There was no salt and oil.

Very good value, loved having an entire apartment for our brief stay, especially since there is a Rewe grocery store right around the corner. Decor is great, the apartment is HUGE, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient - we felt like we really made it our home for one night. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very spacious, yet the bathroom is tiny. A bit odd. Not a deal-breaker, just odd that there's so much space, but not for the bathroom. There is no lighting over the kitchen "island" which was a bit awkward, and there was also no "nightlight" to have on overnight just to help with getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Good location about half way between the Oktoberfest (Carrstatten Volksfest) and city center. Easy 20 minute walk or 16 euro Uber/taxi to either. Rooms seem to be fairly recently renovated, are comfortable, and look nice. Mini fridge and mini cooktop.

Building has no parking, but we found pay parking (12euro/day) on the street close by.

Self-checked in. The manager at the reception, who was even present on Saturday and welcomed me by name and guided in detail about the places we inquired of. The place near very good eateries.

Children above five need a bigger and comfier couch. We hope they will integrate smart furniture to integrate a comfy and room bed inside the room.

Nice place, location is outside centre but next to supermarket and bus every 10 mins to the hbf, trams nearby. Staff were great, had a small issue with the shower which they fixed immediately. Comfortable room, very spacious and well designed. Bed is good, coffee machine and large fridge. It was pretty good value for money and a nice place to stay.

Can be a little difficult to get back by bus in the early hours of the morning. There is some noise from the carpark at the rear as reported in other reviews. It's only an issue if you have your windows open, and it's not too loud then, but fine with your windows closed. Not really a major issue for me

Beautiful rooms, very clean

No daily cleaning. Not even after hanging the sign on the door. Third day I'm left with no coffee for the morning. For me, the mattress was a bit on the hard side..

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel last weekend, and we must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the guy at the reception greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making us feel welcome. His helpfulness and positive attitude set the tone for our entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was conveniently situated just a few bus stops away from the city center, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant attractions and landmarks. Additionally, there were a few restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity, making it incredibly convenient for us to grab a bite to eat or stock up on essentials. Entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and attention to detail in its design. The ambiance was inviting, with tasteful decor that created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Although we were traveling with a baby and there was no cot available, it wasn't a significant inconvenience for us, especially for just one night. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a positive and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Stuttgart.

Very spacious apartments that are clean and modern, with enough amenities for a longer stay. The reception was very useful to pick up the keys, and the staff was always helpful.

The decoration was on the "cold" side, with plenty of empty spaces. The bathroom was disproportionally small in comparison to the size of the apartment. The immediate surroundings are not great, but definitely 100% safe.
