Breakfast was Okayish, it can be better. I will still recommend this hotel bcz it is so clean n staff is superb. I m rating breakfast as 3/5.

Breakfast options were not much n food was not superb but definitely above average. I feel breakfast can be better with more variety. For instance- there were hardly 2-3 fruits, juices were 90% water, too much diluted..service was bit slow. I feel breakfast needs to be better with options and more concentrated juices, milk etc.

I would take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sunny, Front office manager of Golden Tulip, for whom customer satisfaction is above everything else. Initially when we checked in, there were some issues with the room which almost spoiled my family mood. But he stepped in immediately and took utmost care . Kudos and hats off to his spirit. In housekeeping Mr. Bhaskar is very well versed with his job. 3 days of our stay, he took utmost care and proper service was provided. During dining I would like to highlight good work of Mr. Swapan Thank you Golden Tulip team

1. Was provided an early checkin ( 12PM instead of 3PM) 2. Room size and bed size ( would suggest to avoid superior room if you are loking for any kind of view) 3. Room Service and dining service was top notch 4. Bike and car on rent is available right in front of the hotel. Rates were very nominal despite we going in season 5. Food quantity and taste ( even the rates were not high, try chicken pizza, chicken burger, mutton vindaloo etc.) 6. Staff members are super friendly 7. Seating capacity available inside restaurant 8. Although limited, but breakfast menu was not repeated any day

1. Breakfast spread can be increased ( of course you have option of made to order for dosa eggs and sausages, but still can have more items) 2. Hotel location is a bit inside 3. Fan was not available in rooms, had AC only (considering it was cold season, Fan would have been ideal ) 4. Game room has only foosball and pool table 5. There was some swimming pool service going on ( they had another pool open for customers though )which was not of a bigger issue but at times the noise of hammering was not pleasant

The staff at pool "Mr Tapan" went above and beyond in teaching my 9 year old daughter swimming techniques. She gained confidence and learnt to swim by the end of our stay. The restaurant team made our dining experience delightful every single day. Apen, Divya and Matthew offered top-notch service with a smile, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Room was well set-up. Ample natural light, airy with french windows open. Lighting was good, bed was well made. Balcony was spacious with good sitting arrangement. Bathroom was plus. Services were prompt. Breakfast was well spread, included variety, well prepared, obliged guests in the best possible way.

Condensation in rooms despite following all instructions.

Breakfast- It was a really nice breakfast with fast service, and the menu had some changes every day, which did not make it boring. Really liked the buffet spread. Room- The size of the room was big with a high ceiling and a good size balcony which was just amazing. Mini Bar Products and Pricing- The mini bar had a good option of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks with a good option of quick bite snacks and the best part was it was not as overpriced as in other hotels. Location- You can get vehicles on hire right outside the hotel, Candolim, Calangute and Baga Beach are just a 10-15 min drive max and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel. Swimming Pool- 2 good swimming pool nice and clean open until 10 pm

Room Allocation- I really liked the room from the inside and the balcony but some aspects of the room were not good 1. The balcony from the room directly faced I believe the AC unit of the hotel which was continuously generating noise and the view was not great. 2. In the morning the noise from construction work going around that area of the hotel restricted us from spending time on the balcony even opening the balcony doors to get some fresh was difficult because of the noise 3. Draining Issue in Bathroom- While using the shower and sink the water drainage was not working initially and we had to call in housekeeping to unblock it however the issue was resolved immediately.

Everything- right from the check-in to check-out. Room, Pool, Food everything was perfect. Would appreciate the courtesy and politeness of a few people like Rinisha and Babita at front desk, Tapan at Pool, all the staff of the restaurant and housekeeping and The Chef. Would love to stay @ Golden Tulip Candolim, Goa again.

Not exactly but the mattress could have been little better.

Location and room, you will get rented bike just outside the hotel. Many Veg hotels around. Kailash Parbat is no go please, very high rates with less quantity. Can try Veg Darbar. We requested early check-in and thanks to them giving check in at 12 PM only instead of 3 PM. Additional BF of Omlette and Dosas are good. We you reach early, there are Sofas in lobby you can relax there till your check in. I would recommend, dont just pay more for view (Itni Garmi hoti h, baithna room me hi he). Super Market just at walking distance. Overall its a good stay.

Breakfast limited options (Should keep on changing the Menu, all 3 days we had Puri Bhaji), Water Bottle charges 1 ltr 53 rs in hotel. Check in time should max 2 PM. No Pool Table, No Proper kids area as shown. You have to purchase Petrol from local shops paying 20 rs more.

The property is very well maintained & clean. The swimming pools are especially well maintained & clean. Tapan was very helpful looking at kids in the pool. There is a baby pool & a big pool, there is also a 3rd pool. Room size is also big & nice. Housekeeping needs improvement, a bit slow. It is a few 100m away from the main Candolim beach road.
