What’s not to like - the staff are exceptional, the food is good and the property itself is just straight out of a movie! It’s so green and picturesque with this 250-year old banyan tree right at the heart of it and the pristine white estate style architecture just transports you to a world of serenity and calm! Baiju and the whole team at the Velha were outstanding and once you’ve stayed at any of the Postcard hotels, you’ve been spoilt for life :)

The fact that I had to leave …!!!

This is a stylish boutique hotel with a dedication to excellent and caring service (by Executive Chef Creighton, by Biju and other staff members). The decor is sophisticated, the rooms very comfortable and well-appointed. The Postcard Velha is set on a forested hill - thus, it is very quiet and peaceful and yet not far from the sights of Old Goa (around 800 meters). Meals in the open pavilions were a delight. The atmosphere is unhurried, personal and relaxing.

There is nothing I could think of.

The staff is so warm and wonderful! especially, Biju, Saurav and the chef!!! Had the most memorable and homely experience which is so peaceful. The green surrounding is healing. The rooms are beautiful and artistic ... a fatastic peaceful abode!!! The Spa was also amazing. Both the ladies are so skilful :)

The manager was not very aware of the local attractions and the distance. Biju was excellent in guiding me which was very helpful, kind and practical

Amazing concept with an attention to all details, staff always available and extremely kind and efficient. One big highlight is about the kitchen. The Chef and his team are creating fabulous meals, tasty, original, fresh. A BIG BRAVO to them. All together, an unforgettable experience.

Could have more options for the excursions proposed, menu is a bit thin for Goa state which has so much to offer

The green gardens full of trees, the calm and quite environnement, the view from the room One of the best properties in Goa. It is nestled in lush nature full of beautifull trees and birds. You can enjoy the calmness of the area, and truly reconnect and rest. Romms are fantastic, vry comfortable, and with huge glass windows that keep you connected to the outdoors with amazing views on the trees and river.

An amazing experience from Pradeep and his team, we arrived at a terrible time of 5am and he was personally there waiting to take us to our room. We had what we wanted when we wanted it, a truly personalised experience with an instant response by WhatsApp to any request. The food was amazing, the best butter chicken (not on the menu BTW) I've ever eaten and as this place only have 6 rooms it is never busy, you feel you are on holiday in your own home. The place is exceptionally well maintained and the grounds beautiful.

Small thing, it could do with an honesty bar, so you can chose a glass of wine or beer without calling the team. But that's a small thing.

Location is very peaceful but little faraway from the Dabolim airport.

You have to give order 30-45 mins before you plan to go for Lunch or dinner or breakfast. Dining table within the premises not adequate to take care of all guests.

Such an amazing experience and love the concept of check in/check out at any time plus breakfast when you fancy. From the minute you arrive, you are made so welcome by the manager, Pradeep and team. Impeccable service and anything you need or would like organised is a just WhatsApp away. Luxury spacious rooms of which there are just six over two houses. Serene setting with beautiful gardens with pool. It has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, the perfect place to unwind Delicious Goan food and attentive service within gazebos and it is truly magical in the evening in such a quiet setting. Thank you Pradeep for a such a wonderful relaxing stay.

The hotel is an ideal spot to get away and get much-needed rest and relaxation. The property is beautiful, the manager and staff very helpful and the overall experience simply wonderful. It is great that there are only 6 rooms on the property so even if the hotel is full, there is a lot of privacy and a feeling of calm. The staff was amazing ... helpful, attentive, and always there when we needed them but never intrusive. The room was a good size with great views and the spa service was outstanding as well. A lot of good food and drink options, and we really enjoyed our stay there

I would have liked to have a fridge in the room but it was only a small inconvenience. The staff always got us what we needed and stored things we needed to be stored in a fridge.

Tranquil and incredibly relaxing hotel to unwind after some busy travelling in Rajasthan. Lovely swimming pool and the rooms were beautifully appointed.
