Terre de Provence was an excellent overnight stop on our drive from Barcelona to Zurich. Very reasonable room rate, with secure parking. Used the restaurant for our evening meal. Chef was able to accommodate my wife's onion and garlic allergy for the main course as well as offering at least some of the entree buffet. Meal was very enjoyable, accompanied by some good local wines (by the glass or bottle). Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The food we sampled was very good. We had dinner on the first night, and the buffet was really nice, both the starter and dessert. The main course, although limited to a choice of two, was equally nice. The breakfast buffet was more extensive than we had expected, and we enjoyed this each day. We could not fault the staff at all! They were ALL very friendly, attentive, courteous and good fun! This includes the reception/restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaners and even the chef, who came into the restaurant one evening to check how things were going, before helping to carry empty plates out to the kitchen! I also had great fun trying out my basic French, especially with the bar staff, who were very patient when I insisted on chatting with them, making numerous mistakes! There was a lovely atmosphere overall. We also enjoyed sitting out with a drink in the terrace area, which was unexpectedly pretty. Also unexpected was how peaceful it seemed, even though the hotel was situated quite close to a main dual carriageway into Avignon. We had been unsure about booking a hotel in such a location, but we wanted to stay close to where our daughter was staying for work, in a rather more upmarket (and expensive) hotel nearby. We were not disappointed with our choice. It fitted our needs perfectly, and was very convenient for seeing our daughter as well as making trips to Avignon and elsewhere. very convenient location for travellers coming from the A7 highway. Safe place with guarded car park. Stores, restaurants all around and even a cinema at walking distance. Nice rooms in a Motel style. Cosy bar near the reception lobby

Cleanliness in the toilets was not at its best. I entangled my feet in the entrance carpet each time I opened the door. Didn't like to be asked for decision if I dine or not and what is my dish selection if I decide so when I check in.

Welcome was friendly, room more comfortable than we expected for this price, comfortable. Nice restaurant with very taste food based on local ingredients, products (high quality) & original cooking. Breakfast was a good beginning of the day, we asked for additional & wasn’t a problem for the Chief. Highly satisfied & recommended !

Area outside of the rooms need some more adaptation.

The Hotel has the structure of a Motel (each room has its own entrance), plenty of parking space inside. Rooms are quite modern, clean, basic (no luxury) but with all amenities. I used the gym every morning, quite small, but I was alone so it was fine. We didn't have breakfast and I didn't use the SPA so I cannot comment on that. The hotel is located in the industrial area right outside the highway, so it's a convenient solution if you travel by car, and want to save some money, as it's cheaper than staying in the city center, or if you want to travel to different places in the area. Avignon is only 10 mins drive so very easily reachable. Bakery just in front was a good option for breakfast. Overall it was a good solution for us, travelling with 2 kids.

The SPA was not included in the hotel rate but had to be paid separately (36 euros for a slot of 1.5 hours + 1hour the day after), which I didn't understand when booking. This made the hotel a bit pricy, given the location. There is a restaurant in the hotel but options are quite restricted, especially not ideal if you travel with kids. But there are some restaurants within 5 mins drive, apart from fast foods, which were quite good (for example we tried Le Vieux Marché and La Villa Salato). The area itself is nothing nice, just industrial area full of all the big stores (ikea, mc donalds, etc), but as said, convenient if you drive there just to sleep.

The bed is very comfy. We got the duplex and the kids are so happy ! The staff is very professional and nice. Quite surprised by their positive aura.

Pool need to be paid, as a part of the SPA package. Very disappointing in summer time.

Loved the metal roll down blind on the hotel room window so that it could be totally dark and I could recuperate from jetlag. Super friendly front desk! Breakfast was good. Secure free parking.

Better than expected. Hotel in the area of the centre commercial de Le Pontet, not where I normally would book but for staying over it was much better than expected. Clean room, well isolated and with good airconditioning (outside 35°), good bed, reasonable bathroom. Very friendly staff, without exception! Certainly for a hotel in this category it's exceptional. Good breakfast. Free parking spot. Short 10-15 min drive to Avignon Centre. Nothing to complain about. If you look for a special 'Provence' experience, this is not the place to be. If you look for a decent hotel with good service at a reasonable price, close to Avignon, it's recommended.
