The room was of good size. It was clean and in very good condition. The bathroom was well maintained. There was excellent counter space by the sink. There were a number of restaurants within a short walking distance. The staff was cheerful, competent, and helpful. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. WIFI was excellent for both up time and responsiveness.

1. Temporary issue: One of the breakfast food containers (cereal bowls) was out of supply and would not receive a resupply until after my stay ended. However, I was able to create, for me, a reasonable workaround (half of a paper coffee cup to fill a whole coffee cup). 2. Because of the space available for breakfast and the number of people staying at the hotel on a week end, people should try to go for breakfast at a "non-standard" time. (For example: try 7:40 or 8:20 instead of say 8:00, if you do not want to feel rushed.)

The room was huge. The facilities were updated, clean and well maintained. Staff was super attentive and nice.

The location around the building required security on the hotel property—high fences with locked gates—to keep guests safe and separated from an unsavory element. Just outside that perimeter was evidence of trash and empty alcohol bottles. The shocking part is the hotel is within close proximity to the state’s capital building.

I enjoyed the breakfast It was fresh hot and ready

They can update the toilets the flushers were a bit loud, but there were clean nice size rooms. The pool was clean, private and fenced in along with a gated fenced for private parking.

It seemed clean, although the carpet looked past its prime.

The location was somewhat hard to access, but mostly because there was a big event at the colliseum! But the halls and rooms did not have any distinctive odors, and that's great!

The room was very nice. Clean, roomy, tastefully decorated. The parking area was fenced and gated which made me feel better about parking our car. The breakfast was well supplied.

The showerhead sprayed everywhere and got water on the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything worked well.

Our room was clean but there were some issues that need to be addressed. The towel rack was just about to fall off the wall. The in room amenities were not adequate. You need to bring your own shampoo etc

the only issue was the lack of hot water, which was from a piece of equipment that had worn out or broke, and the staff was very apologetic and did what they could to make our stay more comfortable.

Brittany greeted us with such enthusiasm, she was awesome! Room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. We loved that the parking was gated and monitored. Easy off and on to the interstate from this location. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m Jackson!

Room was fresh, very comfortable, clean and well located.

As with many nice properties there were no grab bars in the tub/shower. For an older person the slick tub floor can be a fall hazard. This was my only complaint.

It was strategically located for the event I was attending. I was literally three blocks away from the event.

Everything was great.No complaints.
