The location was perfect for us, being close to family, but for anyone in Hanoi for a holiday, it's quite a distance from the city centre. The staff are very attentive; the hotel facilities are generally very good.

Breakfast could be better. The western elements especially were disappointing - cold undercooked eggs, staff found it difficult to understand what we were asking for (in Vietnamese) This is the fourth time we've stayed, the rooms are starting to show a little bit of wear.

Our family of 4 had. 3 nights stay in 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Furnishings tasteful, in good condition. Air conditioning very good Daily cleaning is efficient Ensuite toilet didn't flush on check-in but was promptly rectified. Reception staff efficient & very polite Front door staff also very good. The gym is well equipped for a hotel with a few cable machines. Swimming pool and sauna also available.

Its a 20 minute drive from the old quarter where many of the historic attractions are located. Swimming pool was indoor and therefore didn't use. We had an issue with a separate matter of a shoe repair that had a poor result, but cannot fault the hotel staff who did their best.

Our apartment was a good size, and it was very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was a nice welcome change on our travels! Whenever we got the room cleaned it was to a very high standard. We also had an issue with our bath but maintenance came and fixed this issue right away. The shop downstairs is very convenient, and we enjoyed using the facilities.

When the weather was a little cooler there was quite a lot of condensation formed on the window that would struggle to dry out over the course of the day. Whilst the sauna and jacuzzi worked well on our stay, the pool was heated on the second half of our stay but not the first, during which it was a bit too cold to use.

The executive 1-bedroom is very spacious. Overall, the hotel is very well maintained. The lounge with the rooftop is nice to grab a coffee from the self-serve espresso machine in the morning. The gym is decent, with nice views of Hanoi. Great staff. We appreciated the care and attention given to guests.

We were not able to use the pool area AT ALL. The area was really cold (even if there is a sign that says that the pool space would be heated to 30 degrees celsius , it was not). The pool water isn't heated either and was freezing cold. The jacuzzi isn't heated either. We were really disappointed as this was advertised but did not deliver. The sauna and steam room NEVER functionned.

The location is great! Room is nice and clean. I would be happier if there is a shower instead of bathtub because my limitation geti in and out of the bathtub is difficult. And I also want couple more chairs to sit with my relative when they visit.

A shower instead of bathtub and more chairs for guest. I also wish if there is a ramp to go up because I can't walk up stairs. I used the basement entrance and sometime the lock stucked.

Somerset Hoa Binh hits the mark with a cozy atmosphere that feels just like home. The amenities are fantastic, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. While Somerset Hoa Binh is solid overall, occasional minor maintenance issues were noticeable. Apart from that, not much else to mention.

The place is nice. Staff was helpful. I had a late night checkin. They kept everything ready. Overall a nice stay

Breakfast is managed by a Japanese restaurant outside. Its slightly inconvenient and options are slightly limited. But food in restaurant is also good

Cleanliness of the room. Ease of communication.

Location was quite off, thus need to take a cab out. Not a big issue cos it is near to Aeon mall and Lotte Mall.

The apartments are well equipped, windows keep out the noise of the street very well. Would have liked to try the pool but didn’t have time

Unfortunately the kids area was under construction, otherwise we would have spent time there

The guy who brought me to the room walked in the room & stayed a bit long, I didn't want any stranger (especially a man) to enter my room. The staff should ask for permission to get in.
