The place was very good value for money , it was cosy, had air con. The breakfast was simple but tasty, the staff were very helpful.

It was a bit challenging to find it. It is located at an intersection of two streets on the fourth floor. It really was not such big of a deal, did not ruin my experience at all!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is on the fourth floor, stairs only. Breakfast is basic.

Very good location from the point of view of public transport. Next to the 7th trolleybus, a little further on Kijeva street, there is a lot of public transport available. La Placinte restaurant is located nearby on Kiev street. A free glass of wine is offered in the evenings. Good and fast internet.

Of the three guys on duty overnight and serving breakfast, only one made it in time. They were mostly sleepy and everything was covered late, they also did not stand out with special hospitality. Breakfast includes only instant coffee, coffee from the machine for a fee. In the shower, it turns on immediately, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature without getting wet.

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality I had a wonderful experience at Wine Hotel Chișinău. The staff is excellent—friendly, professional, and all of them speak Russian, which made communication very easy. Their customer-oriented approach truly stands out. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm welcome I received upon check-in on February 14th, including a delightful glass of wine. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel instantly at home. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I travel to Chișinău. Highly recommended!

Noisy. Needed better noise protection from corridor

The staff at the reception was amazing. They were so kind and accomodating. The cleaning lady was super speedy and prepared the room early enough for me to check in early. Fresh crisp cotton bed linnen. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Airco works really well and it's a lifesaver in summer. There is always someone at the reception overnight. As a little extra we got offered wine glasses 😊 All in all great value for the money.

Good communication from friendly staff, used as an overnight stop travelling from Ukraine to fly from Chisnau Airport. Complimentany glasses of wine. Clean and good price. Overall very happy with the stay.

Room was small, but for the price we paid we aren't going to complain about that. Having to remember to contact them the day before or your reservation may get cancelled was worrying, it leaves you questioning whether they will have a room available for you when you get there, but we did remember to do this and there were no problems. These are very minor issues, we were very happy with the stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary glass of wine offered daily per person — such a nice touch!

On the downside, the room was located on the top floor and there was no elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Also, the blanket provided was a bit small for two people, although we didn’t ask for an extra one.

We really enjoyed our stay in wine hotel: very friendly staff, comfortable and pretty big room(even for the family of 4), simple, but fresh and tasty breakfast. The most we loved the location, not so central, but near huge and beautiful parks and with variety of good restaurants in a walk distance. (the most we enjoyed la placinta and Cheenomorka) And of course the main hotel's theme - wine(a glass of wine as a compliment from the hotel and good choice of local wines to buy).

I finally found a good place in Chisinau! I arrived late at night and the guy at the reception helped me bring my things in and was very friendly and helpful. The receptionists speak excellent English and work flawlessly. You can see that some things need updating, but it's a cosmetic issue. There are some supermarkets and Nord Bus Station as well. I will gladly come back and recommend the Wine Hotel to everyone!

Kind staff and welcome Moldovan glass of wine and well stocked mini bar

A man was already in my room when I checked in !! The guy from reception told me it was a misunderstanding and the guy should not have been there. I had to insist a bit to have the bedsheets changed as the guy had been resting on those. Eventually he changed those for me as I was not very keen to sleep on a bed already used by someone else.
