Location was a dream. I wanted a balcony suite facing the dune but none were available at booking bt the balcony facing poolside was nice at night.

Check in was horrible. Attitude and very rude about questions asked. Some undisclosed fees made it difficult as well. Paying for parking while staying at facility is bizarre.

Staff did meet our expectations by turning the thermostat to our desired temperature before we arrived. The a/c worked very well which helped us sleep better.

Coffee was luke warm when I went to breakfast at 6:30am. I complained to desk and was told they would let kitchen staff know. Fifteen minutes later no change. I finally saw the kitchen staff and complained. She argued it hasn't had time to get cold and she couldn't throw out a whole pot of coffee. I argued no one will drink it because coffee is supposed to be HOT. She finally gave in.

Was in the area for family business. Because of spring break, the prices were outrageous. The same room I had spent a week in during February , average of $190 a night was over $430 a night this week. I spent a night here and moved to the Hampton Inn in Crestview for less than $200 a night. The beds, while so comfy, are way too high. I' m 5 3 and had to climb in to get up on the bed. Staff is awesome. All over. Jaunita, John, Bella etc.

Location is wonderful, breakfast is wonderful, we've stayed at hampton inn several times, we have been pleased with our stay ,we've always enjoyed our stay., we love hampton inn ❤️ in ft Walton and in Destin.

Facilities need to be upgraded, alot of the pool.loungers were torn up and couldn't use them , housecleaning didn't change the sheets or vacuum

Right on the beach. Comfortable beds. Balcony, or "porch area," depending on whether on the 1st or 2nd floor. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Our room had a dehumidifier, which made an amazing difference...(daughter's room didn't have one).

Traffic! But it is summer, after all...

That they were dog friendly. As we were there for a veterinary appointment.

We were there from Wednesday till Monday. On Sunday night a large group of teenagers and chaperones checked in. They were extremely rude and noisy. I called the front desk and complained. They said they would contact the parents room. I confronted one of the father’s in the hallway. Instead of being apologetic, he seemed to think because they booked a number of rooms they could do whatever they wanted.

Angel (who was at the front desk) has excellent customer service skills. Angel was so friendly and very helpful. Everyone was nice. The hotel was clean. The food was good. The hotel is right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you all, especially Angel and GOD bless everyone!!

This was my first time staying in a Hampton inn and it was great. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast offerings were exceptional and included just about every food item choice. Of course you couldn't ask for a better location.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Our toilet would not flush on its own from day one, we reported it to the front desk, they put a plunger outside our door and expected us to fix it, which it didn't we had to plunge the toilet every day for the 5 days we were there, we as well as our sister requested upon check in to have our rooms cleaned on specific days (on their request paperwork) which never happened. It wasn't the end of the world, but don't ask me if you're not going to do it!! I was on vacation not the hotel plumber.

Excellent location, easy, walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurants and to the beach shops. Hot breakfast every morning for no extra charge. The staff was super nice. The rooms were clean. Could not ask for more value for the money. This will be my go to place to stay from now on.
