Spacious room, very comfortable bedding, Breakfast was great, the spread was one of the better ones I've had. The noodle station was good, but the pastry was simply amazing. We loved the Spa, the massage was really good and ambience was nice. The wet/dry sauna was also great. Staffs were polite and nice. Living room is very nice touch, and the coffee is quite good.

The restaurant staffs, although very nice and polite, could be better trained. The food quality at dempsey was not so great, we were not impressed with any of the stuff we ordered including burger and pizza.

Big, spacious, lots of room to roam around and with the beach just right next to the hotel. Good facilities and room is big and well provided.

The service!! Karrie, our Culturist, was amazing! The checkin process was so easy, exactly how it should be, and all the staff service was impeccable. The best I’ve experienced in Sanya to date! And the facility was kept extremely clean, we could see the amazing attention to detail from the maintenance staff!!

Clearly one of the best in Sanya!

We had heard a lot of this property from friends and reading the reviews from other guest. Happy to say that Capella exceeded our expectations and is a gem of a hotel. We were truly amazed by the service attitude of the staff starting right from reception to housekeeping to the F& B team. Always going beyond and above to please the guest. The daily breakfast on offer was excellent and every counter was manned by a member of staff to help guest. Enjoyed their happy hour evenings at the bar, the complementary drinks, the daily special cocktails and listening to the beautiful music offered by their resident duo. A beautiful hotel in SANYA that pays attention to every small details and makes the guest feel very special. Thank you team Capella....

The distance between all their facilities and the rooms which could be anywhere between 5 to 10 minutes walking as it's a huge property.

Too many children running around the pool area and breakfast area.

The little details is what makes Capella the best hotel or Hainan. From check in, breakfast, swimming pool, room, decoration and service, it's all top world class. Pricey but highly recommended to experience Capella at least once.

More English speaking staff. Not being located in the best beach of Sanya.
