Almost brand new, you can still the new furniture smell, nice location away from the crowd, their Chef is amazing and the food has many variations, front desk staff are very friendly and it is very safe for family

The private beach is very small, surrounded by boats and skis marina which give a very bad fuel smell al over the beach

The water is fabulous in Matruh and the beach is clean, however it’s little bit small, the staff is great and very friendly and supportive, the food taste was very good, rooms are very comfortable and totally new, the location of the hotel is unique and almost in the center of the city and near to the corniche

There’s always a problem in the elevators, the parking fees are very high within the hotel and hardly to find outside, no variety of food especially on the dinner and they are not offering water or any drinks as well, the beach is very small and I believe in high season would be crowded

The accommodations were top-notch, with spacious and beautifully appointed rooms that offered stunning views of the ocean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept soundly each night. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, from the refreshing pool to the relaxing spa. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The experience was super comfy and luxurious, with every detail perfectly taken care of. The food variety was amazing, catering to every taste, and I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Hisham Selim and chef Hisham for their generous hospitality. The sandy beach was beautiful, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!
