A quiet location a couple of miles from the main town Elounda, the breakfast was fabulous, and varied with choices of full English, Mediterranean or Greek, the staff were helpful and friendly without exception. Great views over Elounda and Spinalonga Islands. There is also a small gym, bar and pool table, which we didn't make use of but good to know we could if we wanted.

The pool was a bit cold but once in, it was lovely, clean and not crowded. But then this was October! We would have liked a balcony in the sunshine, and if we stay again, we would specifically ask for a balcony that is sunny in the evenings after a long day at the beach. The pool does look bigger in the advertised pictures than in real life, it's probably about 18 metres long but plenty big enough.

The staff is INCREDIBLE. So sweet, caring, they are helpful, speak excellent English, always in a good mood and will do everything to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast is great with lots of (fresh) options. Waiters are also sweet, attentive, fast. The view is wonderful, the bar is good. Can't complain about a thing

I had probably the one existing room that had only partial view of the ocean, which was a bit of a shame, but so pretty anyway and it was a short walk to the common area with a breathtaking view. The floors in the bathroom can get very slippery after showering - be careful not to fall.

Food options and quality was good and staff were very friendly (we were upgraded for free). The view is also amazing.

Pool didn’t open until 10AM and guests put towels on sun beds very early to save them. The hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel, it was more like a 2/3-Star.

lovely pool area, great view from pool and balcony. comfortable beds and great service from staff! breakfast included which is great. overall a really lovely and relaxing stay. would definitely come back!

slightly out of Elounda, can walk but takes around 40 mins and isolated road at night time. however to get the view you need to be a little out of town. the room was more basic than what the pictures showed- still comfortable and nice but definitely not as nice as the photos!

My family of 4 loved the view from our balcony and from the pool deck area, pool itself and cleanliness. It was easy to get around as we had a car and got to easily pop into Elounda centre for dinner and supplies as well as the trip to Spinalonga. Staff were also very friendly and helpful

There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Staff were very friendly. We made a .mistake with our initial booking and the hotel resolved it for us quickly and professionally Hotel was clean and well maintained. Gorgeous pool and pool bar. Excellent for a cocktail in the evening over the stunning views. In a quiet location which suited us well.

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking - purely a personal preference.

The pool area and common facilities were above expectations. The views of the mountains and the water were beautiful. Everything was spotless. Buffet breakfast and all good and drink were exceptional. Staff was so very friendly and accommodating.

(I) Room was not cleaned 1st night (service is planned starting from the second) ; (ii) no espresso nor cappuccino included into night&breakfast solution (you have to pay it separately) ; safe box is not included into room price per night (to pay separately)

Very nice hotel, hill-side location, beautiful see view from the pool area and from some rooms. Good pool, sunbeds for free. Good food, enough choices for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but comfy room, comfy bed.

Beaches a bit far, but we rented a car so it was not an issue for us.
