BIG shout out to Jacqueline and Alex for always providing the most friendly and comforting stay. They are the most loving and friendly people. Our conversations our great but their care for any situation and willingness to solve problems exceeds any other hotels staff in the area. They're quick, concise, respectful and professional. The room and the stay keep me out of the cold this winter but I think my favorite part of my stay is seeing Jaqueline in the evening and Alex in the morning. Very comforting presence and great vibes from these two. Get them a raise immediately because I promise you, they're not being paid what they are truly worth to this company!

It's a cozy little studio apartment that's yours for however long you book it. Nobody calls and bugs you, nobody bothers you. Everyone minds their own business and that's a relief for me because I come from a family where everyone is constantly talking about something someone else did. It's exhausting. This is a super chill corner or solace.

My faucets leaked a little bit which made it hard to wash dishes without getting water all over the counter. Wash cloth over the leak worked wonders but then I didn't have a cloth for the shower :/

Guest services is always beyond helpful and welcoming. Never fail to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. Jacqueline is a great help with all sorts of questions and services we have. Takeyia is very quick to take charge and become informed on any situation and direct her employees very professionally. The staff and hospitality never fail to impress.

Management exchanged room for one that was not handicap accessible.

Item mistakenly left behind had makeup on it as if it had been tried on. Store tag (price) had also been removed. Office closes at 10 PM and reopens at 9 AM. When I realized I had left items behind, I had no way of retrieving them due to no one being available to assist me. I had to go to work 2 hours away and back to get my things!

Pet friendly and good location! Breakfast was not available at Extended Stay - coffee is also not available. Very professional and friendly team! (Jacqueline)

Kitchen does not have any utensils, plates, cups, pots, etc. Is it possible to borrow these items? Possible to include coffee near reception?

I loved how clean the room. The staff was amazing and friendly.

The cable didn’t have many channels to choose from. There wasn’t even an option to rent or buy movies.

bed was a little hard and pillow a little small, parking lot and sidewalks not cleared still had ice and snow, very unsafe

I liked the room size, kitchen and all the lighting.

Scratchy towels, lumpy mattress and the shower head leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The host was kind and helpful. The hotel was located close to all the venues that I needed to visit during my stay
