Although the hotel is rather dated, the staff really make up for it with their hospitality. The service we received was excellent. The team really goes the extra mile to provide a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very versatile and good quality, which was amazing given there were only a few guests that morning. Quite frankly, my experience was much better than what I've had in 5-star city hotels. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Location is very good, close to the highway and there are many parking places. The room was big, quiet and very clean. Breakfast was also great, plenty of choices in high quality.

The building is historical and there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your trunk up the stairs. The restaurant's menu is quite traditional which also means the meals are quite heavy. I also missed the lactose-free options at breakfast.

V. good breakfast. Good location with convenient access from the highway, both directions (East/West heading). Self check-in for late arrivals with good communication. Clean, comfortable.

First, we had a really late arrival time (around 23:00), and the host managed to accommodate that! Second, the breakfast - oh, the breakfast. Seasonal fruit, homemade marmelade, Bautzn'r Senf... Perfection.

Good communication, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The "fireplace room" is a good place to sit if you don't want to stay in your room. Close to highway and to Dresden. Large, spatious rooms.
