The staff were extremely friendly. In particular, I'd like to give a shoutout to the valet that were so nice and working at all sorts of hours (especially during Thanksgiving), your efforts are definitely recognised. The hotel room was huge, clean, and quite relaxing to be in. Location was unreal as it's close to WeHo bars and Sunset Blvd. It's a quiet residential area too.

The resort fees were not necessary given that we didn't use it. It was definitely a waste of our money and it rained for the most part. We also didn't like the hidden booking fees (deposit of $150 per night). Our hotel costed $1,500 overall but with the deposit of $150 per night, we were charged an additional $790. Unsure why it's so high - not every visitor is an American with a credit card. I could only imagine what would've happened if we didn't have sufficient funds. No buffet breakfast available in the property.

We encountered the friendliest, most helpful staff here. I'd like to give a big shout out to Spencer in particular who helped us check in and went out of his way to arrange a shuttle out to Disneyland for our group at a great price - we couldn't have asked for better service! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the whole place had a great vibe and was in a great location. There was great attention to detail with little touches like a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, free coffee in the morning and flavoured water available in the lobby. There was a good selection of food at the restaurant, which was pleasant to spend time in. The rooftop had great lounge areas and a fabulous view. We loved it!

The bathroom was a little small in some of the smaller rooms, but perfectly workable (The rooms with two beds had giant bathrooms). The pool was also smaller than we were expecting but to be honest, the views, seating and service from the bar/restaurant more than made up for this.

Comfortable spacious double queen suite with a good sitting area.

Food and drink offering is not up to standard for 4 star hotel and is overpriced. Frustrating that the happy hour is only at the main bar and not the roof bar meaning a trip downstairs to benefit. Drinks were pricing differently on the till to the advertised prices. Breakfast at the hotel was below par and expensive; whilst the service was good, the imposition of an automatic 20% service charge plus a local tax (not seen separately locallyelsewhere) left a sour feeling. If you stay in this hotel (the rooms are good value) then treat yourself to a better breakfast just a 15 minute walk away at the Merois which sits on the roof terrace of the Pendry hotel. The views are amazing, the food good and it was cheaper than the Chamberlain.

Great location, and given the location , good value for money. The room was very comfortable. The Staff were great, from reception to the valets parking the car. I could easily walk down to West Hollywood or up to Sunset Boulevard. The pool area is lovely, and the young man mixing drinks had personality plus. I wasn’t drinking, but watching him with the other guests was a pleasure in itself.

The parking was confusing for me. I bypassed it on my arrival, and even after i had been told where to park i still drove past it due to the large sign saying ‘ This entrance is closed’, Maybe better wording would be Valet parking for hotel guests only. I went to the restaurant for breakfast one time. The avocado toast came with wheatgrass that was so tough i couldn’t bite through it.It is the first time i many years i rejected food in a restaurant. Could be that chewy wheatgrass is the latest trend,i was in West Hollywood. I have to say the waitress was very gracious when i said that the meal was horrible and i couldn’t eat it, so again kudos to the staff.

Would have loved a better view, hills facing room, my balcony looked right into another room. Also would have loved if we were notified that the pool was under construction. Would have loved to post and lay out on the rooftop for that was a main contributor to my booking.

roof was under construction, tried to extend my stay & staff was not accommodating nor did they follow-up to let me know if there were rooms available or sold out, so i had to leave and book another hotel nearby, the view of my room was not ideal facing another balcony.

Great location in WeHo, attentive and nice staff. The beds were pretty comfortable. The valet was very prompt.

The room looked out directly onto the hotel restaurants which means we have to keep the blinds drawn at all times, absolutely no privacy otherwise. It really detracted from the enjoyment of the room, and made the price seem very steep, especially since the hotel seemed rather empty - I find it hard to believe there weren’t other rooms available.

Loved the location - close to the Sunset Strip but on a quiet street with some restaurants & bars within walking distance. Spacious rooms & super comfy beds, nice rooftop pool area for guests. The staff (the valet team in particular) were friendly and helpful.

At this price point we were a bit surprised that our room wasn’t tidied (or the bed made) during our stay. We were only there a couple of nights so maybe this is done for longer stays.

Lovely hotel in a great location in West Hollywood with very friendly staff. Walkable to some great bars and restaurants. We visited in winter so didn't use the rooftop pool area but it had lovely views of the city. The beds were large and comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location so we slept great with no disturbances.

The pillows are too thick and hard, that was the only downside.

Great location within walking distance to the main strip for bars and cafes. We felt very safe in the area with lots of friendly passersbys and nice houses. Also very close to Trader Joe's if you need to stock up on food.

The onsite restaurant is very small with only a few tables. We ate breakfast here which was average and the coffee not very good but the waitstaff were very friendly. The girl at checkout was quite rude but all other staff seemed fine.

All the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. Facilities and location were great

Free morning coffee ran out if not down before 10am. Most US hotels have a Happy hour with free drinks. Here it was discounted drinks and food. No kettle in room.
