Clean, perfect location for travellers

Vending machines accept coins only - who would carry coins nova days? ATM in the hall did not work. Fridge in the room sounds like taking off Boeing. And I did not understand the $50 charge for the dog, as there was no dog bed, no dog food -‘ free breakfast, eh? :) - no nothing provided for the dog, yet charge was taken almost the same as for the human.

Almost everything. Large room, hot shower, comfy bed. Fridge, microwave. Very spacious.

The air on was blasting out freezing cold air on arrival…why? It made the room too cold and it was uncomfortable. There was no maid service in our 3 night stay, so the room wasn’t cleaned or new soap, shampoo etc offered. When I went to the desk to ask why, I was told that since covid they don’t do that. Fair enough, but I wish we’d been told that when we arrived, as we’d left our wet towels on the floor, thinking we’d get clean ones after a couple of days. When somebody arrives at the reception desk, the young man needs to be told to at least acknowledge them rather than continue to chat on the phone for 5 minutes. A simple “ I’ll be with you as soon as I can” would be appreciated. Training needed.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast had lots of good options for the whole family. The location was is perfect to visit Quebec City

The pool deck was extremely slippery as were the painted wooden stairs next to the hot tub. While we were in the pool area many children fell, including my own. My child hit his head quite hard on the stairs next to the hot tub. The railing was not sturdy and the water pooled in places causing slippery surfaces.

Although a bit outdated in decor, this hotel offers comfortable, clean accommodations at a reasonable cost. The best part of our experience there this time was that the power was out in the entire area when we arrived, making it challenging for both staff and guests at the check-in point. Yet, the staff remained calm, courteous and professional, working their way through a great many registrations manually. Our hostess was particularly calm and friendly, even laughing during the process. After a long day getting there, this attitude was particularly refreshing. Bon travaille!

Just two minor points. We had a huge King Suite, but the lighting seemed inadequate for the space. And the bathroom exhaust fan was not working.

Good location that is close to highway and good options for food close by. Bed was very comfortable and water pressure in shower was amazing.

We brought a pet and knew there would be an additional charge. I inquired twice as part of booking to find how much extra. When I checked in, the charge was $50 extra. This is double what other hotels charge and is excessive.

Clean. No carpets which is great for a room that dogs visit. We stayed at a hotel with carpet and it did not smell nice because of the strong cleaners so this was hotel was very fresh. The staff were great too. Would have used pool and hot tub but too tired.

NA ( the area outside seemed to have a lot of trash blown about). Maybe in need of a spring clean up. Perhaps raccoons have been getting in the hotel trash)

Great location. Check in was very easy. Staff was excellent. Room was spotless Quiet room. Breakfast was very good. Dining area for breakfast was very good. Great parking. Clean and attractive building.

Air conditioner unit a bit loud and tricky to set the temperature. Could have a much easier thermostat to operate. Overall did the job just frustrating.

We stayed at 425. The king bed was massive and I had the best sleep in a very long time. The reception was helpful, they gave us plates, knives, Q-Tips, dental floss, comb and smile but strangely no free water bottles. Their parking was right in front of the hotel and the electric parking was behind the hotel and both were at the hotel premises. We came from Toronto but the staff were able to speak to me with English and were helpful. There were English channels on the big screen TV. The Jacuzzi was bigger than I expected and it was good and the swimming pool was also good. There is 24 hours coffee and tea available for free which I have never seen in any other hotels. I will definitely come again. This is an amazing hotel in Quebec city area. FYI, even though the hotel is located in Levis, it is 12 minutes from Old Quebec city.

The buffet. The buffet breakfast was too early - 6am till 10am. Why is it so early? I wish the hotel could extend the time otherwise we had to set an alarm to wake up and come for food. Also, I was a little disappointed with the food. Everything was microwave food, the eggs, the sausages and beans were all microwaved. I used to love scrambled eggs but in this buffet it was disgusting. Please change that and your hotel will get 5 stars.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and very clean and the coffee in the rooms was quite good. The breakfast included was good. Loved the waffle machine!

The water pressure in our room was very low. The coffee served at breakfast could be better and there wasn't enough variety of breads or fruit.

good breakfast, items offered were yogurt, fruit, muffins, toast, cereal, juice, tea coffee, scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausages and a waffle maker. many guests helped themselves a little something to take away. dining room had ample room and items were replenished often.

the hallways were freezing.
