I believe our room was #111 Was expecting a bit of an “outdated” room because that is what I saw in the photos when I booked! To my surprise we got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a pleasant surprise! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

I think, maybe, due to the new renovations there were a couple small issues with our room. The first that my husband noticed was the bathroom sink would only run hot water and if it ran for a little the water was untouchable hot. We had to quickly was hands. Another issue was our TV.. it was very difficult to turn on. We would continuously press the power button and it would not turn on. My husband somehow figured it out each time we turned it on.

The lobby was comfortable and the windows had a beautiful view of the dam and river. The room was clean and nice with a sliding door out to the pool area and towards the river. The Restaurant,Portage Grill, on site had good food and very comfortable for friends and family to gather.

The website said there were bikes to rent and the staff didn't have any clue about bike rentals and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about.

The room overlooking the Columbia river is very good, wake up in the morning and see that landscape is very inspiring. All the installations of the hotel are new and clean, the restaurant is amazing and with a great view of the Columbia River. All employees were very pleasant and attentive

The breakfast is not included.

It was a lovely stay. Cold ac, pool up and running.

I was told by one member that Continental breakfast was from 7 to 2.. but the next day I was told they don't do Continental anymore since the addition of the coffee shop. It was not the best surprise, but it was okay.

Loved it all. Very beautiful hotel and stunning location. The morning manager was a bit rude for a room that was more than 200 bucks. I would expect that from a motel 6, but a beautiful place like this? Anyway, the rest of the staff were phenomenal.

Your staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. Elle even helped my injured husband with our bags and Danny, the maintenance man, even blew up my air mattress! Please let them know I appreciated their kindness and time!

Restaurant was great, wait staff was excellent. Front desk went out of there way to try and find a pencil for me to use.

Faucet in the shower was a little difficult to get on. Had to contact front desk before I could shower.

It was a beautiful building, great views, and close to everything but not right in town. Check out was at 12 p.m., which I loved!

I wish my room had a view of the water instead of the parking lot. But honestly, it was a great room.

Well known local hotel that was getting tired and needed a facelift, and boy what a facelift it got. Absolutely beautiful.

First- the floors. Then the coffee shop. Those lime green chairs are also comfy.

Love the swimming pool and fire pit areas.

I wish they had provided shade at the swimming pool area with umbrellas at the tables but we were told they didn't currently have any available.
